They take the time to help you understand the most basic things like look on your receipt for your tracking number?! Mike is in the back waiting to help too with his warm smile :) They hit the mark for customer service skills, communication, not to mention the ability to work with EVERYONE, attention to detail and last but not least "active listening skills"..It's not easy doing their job, I want them to know they are appreciated very much!
