You can never speak to a live person for information of specific questions. You get sent a link to a text that you can't find an answer to your question and call back to get automated message again. Can't speak to a person when your local store is called because you get the automated assistant again.... ridiculous

We used to be happy with them but honestly nowadays they just keep going up on prices and down on service. We have SO many service outages, it’s unacceptable. We have outages several times a week which can be very problematic as my partner works from home and he has to reboot all of his devices when there’s an outage. We also got an upgraded even nicer router and still feel like our service can’t keep up with our devices. We try to use about 5 devices on the service with a router that can support up to 18 devices and still the service is slow. It was one thing to have all these outages when it was $35 a month when we first signed up. But for $75 a month you’d think it would be better.

Get a different provider- DO NOT USE XFINITY. Install in May caused significant property damage. After calling customer service for months and being told there would be someone contacting me to get things repaired- absolutely no resolution. This is a safety issue.

Horrible phone service. Had internet with them. After over charging me several times and lying to me about a dozen different things final got to drop them. Felt great to tell them to cancel my service. Now I can’t wait to tell them where to shove their phone service. Soon!!!!! Don’t sign up with them!!!!

Continuely amazed at the patience and professionalism I’ve received at this store. They have made signing up for internet and mobile service a breeze. Every staff member I have talked to is willing to think outside of the box when it comes to solving problems.
Special shout out to Daquan (DQ). He sat with me for over an hour helping me deal with Consumer Cellular’s customer service so we could switch me over to Xfinity. Such a helpful and cool dude. He deserves every award and truly loves what he does.

No customer service when you call , you can no longer pay your bill over the phone due to xfinity agents stealing customers credit card info. Not convenient to pay for disabled customers.. smh!
