Customer service was good, however if all you need to do is cancel it wouldn't come in to do it! Do it online.

I was helped by Kristopher, and he helped me get in and out of the store in like 20 minutes. He was super helpful and friendly. He also mentioned lots of ways to help me save money on my monthly bill which is beyond appreciated in this economy. :)
