“I had gone to several places to get my tire fixed, everyone was booked or I had to have an appointment which they did not have for several days!! James Elliott at Big O Tires said they also were booked but said he would work me in a couple hours later. Great! A couple hours later I came back and Jason Jaquez was very helpful and happy to fix my tire. They were apologetic as they were working me in but my wait was only 30 min. I will be coming back when I need work done. The fact they were willing to help and not tell me to make an appointment showed they cared, also made sure I was happy. Great Job!!”
