18 months later, and today--for the first time in history shopping at a Walmart--a staff asked me first if I needed help finding anything! Kudos!
Can never find help to find things. Not sure why two of the local stores would design their store layout virtually opposite of each other. Makes it hard to find things, and without helpful staff available--I'm always unnecessarily frustrated--every visit.
Another huge problem is that both stores don't properly stock certain necessities in our area, like pool supplies (which is a year around need in my area). Entire rows of shelves empty, out of nowhere--and for weeks on end. I can't believe that once I find staff to ask about next shipment or if they can verify if another local store has in stock--they've never helped figure out. They act like there's only their store in town.
Also, their app is useless and staff doesn't know how to use it to look up items to find them in store. There's not enough space on here to explain the constant frustrations I have had (over a year, now) at all of our stores when I ask them to show me how the app shows that items are available, in a certain aisle--but when I go look, hardly ever listed in the correct aisle and or staff insists that they're out of items, tho the app says items are still available.

Oh goodness, I've been to a few Walmart's in different states, and this was a first for me to have to pay for a bag. The workers were not friendly and had to find things on my own.

It is easy to place the order for pickup. They let you know about any outs or substitutes and when its ready. They bring it out and put in your vehicle.
