I really don’t like to give bad ratings but this place is awful they don’t have enough staff or pharmacists so the overworked staff take their frustration out on anyone that comes in or goes to the drive thru I have been hung up on I’ve been lied to I’ve been treated so badly I can’t find any good to speak of usually I can find some good but in my opinion this Walgreens should be closed permanently and dissolve the whole store to other Walgreens I haven’t had any good service since I’m been here I’m very polite and respectful to all the staff I’m from the South I even say yes/ no sir/ ma’am that’s how I was raised but this place has used all my patients for the rest of this year I’ve tried to go to other pharmacies but they can’t seem to keep 3 of my vitals prescriptions in stock like Walgreens I’ve even switched Walgreens stores that are closer to me the service was so bad I had a staff member to use profanity to speak to me that not professional at all I know it tiff out here but if you don’t want or even like your job quit don’t make everybody else life miserable because you are miserable or work as a stocker at night so you don’t deal with the public I really don’t giving bad reviews but if I could give this store a rating number my choice would be negative infinity so if you can avoid this place at all cost and I will not even talk about the drive thru window thanks for reading this review

Horrible!!!!! Horrible!!!! EXPERIENCE WAS SO RACIST! CRAZY HOW A RACE CAN TREAT OTHERS BY THEIR SKIN! NEVER HAVE MEDICINE READY EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEY ARE!

The worst choice for Pueblo drug dealers. I allowed them to make mistakes that negatively affected my health half a dozen times because two clerks are very nice. They consistently lie, stating delay due to provider or insurance. When they are just out of stock. I recently waited in line 20 min. and they closed the window on me as if I wasn't even there. They took someone 2 min after 7p. it was not automatic shutdown. It was just rude. They've lost my business, they don't deserve yours. If you give them a chance, heed the warning. Pay attention when they start screwing up, and get out sooner than I did.

Pharmacy abruptly changing closing hours three times in one month. And then closing for 48 hours without notifying their patients over the weekend. I understand it is not their fault they do not have a pharmacist to staff but Now my prescriptions are sitting on the shelf all weekend and cannot be transferred. Basically I have to do without. There is absolutely no reason they could not have sent an auto dialer out letting people know of their Coming up weekend closure to pick up meds in time

I thought Walgreens pharmacy would be easy. It's not. I thought that because it is close to my house it would be convenient. I was wrong. I thought that because it has a drive-thru it would be fast. It's not.In the last 12 months, twice there was no pharmacist during pharmacy hours. No prescription for you. Once, I pulled into the drive thru (no cars ahead of me!! Score!!!) only to be advised that their computer was down. So sorry. No prescription for you.There are always five to six cars in the drive thru. It doesn't matter what time I try. (Except for that one time the computer was down...) I tried waiting. After 30 minutes and no progress, I lose interest. So, I decide to go inside and try the counter. Only to find ten people waiting in line.I transferred my prescription to a competitor. Yes, I have to get out of my car and go inside but I walk right in, encounter a happy employee, pay and back outside in 15 minutes tops.Best. Decision. Ever.

I drove in from eastern Pueblo county for a shot that I registered for online. When I got there I was told I needed my Social Security card .Nowhere on the online registration form was that mentioned. Turned around and drove back home for nothing.

Worst Pharmacy in town. They are extremely slow at filling prescriptions and they lie about the status of the prescription. I was given the run around for 2 weeks about a prescription. They had every excuse and then some to delay filling the script. Horrible customer service.

I figured it would be quicker to call a prescription into Walgreens (drive through) for my three year old who had an ear infection, as opposed to pick it up at my Kaiser pharmacy (have to get out and walk up couple flights of stiars). NOPE, waited in line for 20 min for them to tell me her prescription wasn't ready and i needed to come back in 15-20 min. Get back in line and wait another 25 min. This place is just AWFUL and the lady that was working at the window was just plain rude and awful! Oh man how I dislike the Walgreens drive through!!!!

Drive up pharmacy had horrible customer service. Started being helped by employee then passed onto another. Second employee was very rude. Not good prioritizing of customers.

This pharmacy is the worst. They work at turtle pace, and the customer service well let's just say it sucks. The employees are rude. This place needs to hire more help and some that actually enjoy talking to people

Always helpful. Today when I was in the store, two incidents occurred with 2 different males. the manager handled the situation professionally as he asked them both to leave. Neither male acted appropriately, one cursing and using racial slurs, the other cursing and spit at the manager. The manager handled this situation with grace and ensured the safety of all other shoppers. To this manager, you deserve a raise and thank you
