NEVER use this pharmacy if you ever have to call them for anything. They will leave you on hold, hang up without saying anything (even after you can hear the background noise), lie about the availability of your medication, and them blame it on their "answering service."
In person they're ok.

Guys im not the kind to take the time to write a review BUT THIS IS SO BAD. Every single time i need a refill i have to call my doctor to let them know because from what Walgreens tells me is they never receive the prescription.
When i call to put it in through the automated they say they nvr received it. When i call to talk to a pharmacist they literally pick up the phone and hang up on you without saying anything. If i put my refill in too early they say it cannot be filled but yet it takes 2 weeks to get anything filled. So here i am w/o my gabapentin again and have to feel withdrawals( mind you they say nvr abruptly stop taking meds or you could have seizures etc) having autoimmune disorder makes this a miserable experience. Wow so frustrating cause there is not a darn thing to do to rectify this cause they hang up on me and they always blame the dr. So nothing gets done. Btw i call my dr so they know this is going on and they say I am not the only one that has this complaint. Ugh! Totally would suck to die or seize because Walgreens was,and is so cavalier with my health. I am just so pissed

Sat in the drive through for 45 min with two cars in front of me. When I got to the window I was told their closed. I informed them I had been waiting 45 min and was told "I'm sorry there was no line inside"!!! Why did it take 45 min for nothing!?!?! Next time, I'll park in line and go in, to cover all my bases. Thnx jerks

Waited in drive thru for over 30 min with my 2 YEAR OLD and all they helped was 2 cars and so with 5 cars still ahead of me I parked and went inside. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous at this Walgreens I knew better than to use this pharmacy even tho I only live 2 min away is is worth the gas to drive across town to go to any other Walgreen besides this one

They're bigots and they don't care about women and women's health NEVER will I ever go to a Walgreens again can't even get contraception or meds I need to save my life if pregnant with a dead child

I called about a vaccination. They transferred me to a schedule line which I didn't need, I needed to know about an ingredient. Then I stopped to ask in person which turned out fine, but was told to schedule an appointment online - again no biggie. So, I scheduled online as instructed & when I get there they had apparently closed 30 minutes prior to my appointment. Why would there even be an option for that!??? Frustrating & a waste of gas.

This pharmacy is the worst! You wait in the drive-thru for hours. It takes on average 10 to 20 minutes per car. Today I go to pickup my prescription only to find out the pharmacy is closed until Tuesday. Three days and no one is able to pickup any medications. Only answer you get from store manager is I'm sorry it's out of our control. I'm sorry but you have over 10 employees that work in the pharmacy and there should be no reason why you have to close for 3 days. Time to find another pharmacy because they are so incompetent to run a business.

I ordered online the buy3 get3 items. It was available and no limit on the website. When I about to pick it up it show only 4pcs items I need to pick up. I called store and spoke to the store person name Rene I believe she stated " store has a limit of 4 and the website didn't know they have limit of 4". It's not make any sense at all. I called corporate about this store and complained. Only this store has a bad reputation bad customer service and rude employee

I went To Walgreens to get medicine for my child to my disappointment inside Walgreens pharmacy was closed at 2 pm on Saturday. This isn’t the first time the drive through has been closed early. The hours use to be 24 hrs. That’s what I enjoyed the convenience of lines were too long I could come back later. Very disappointed that this company too has been affected by people not wanting to work. Just sad what is happening all over Pueblo, Co.
