“Always friendly and very well priced. I haven't been able to get my cats in with a new vet yet and this place has been able to keep up with their vaccine needs. At about $20 a shot the staff are very friendly and very quick. Just make sure to get there early because of the line that can form.”

“I've been going to Veterinary Associates for over 30 years. The staff is so friendly, the doctors are the best. There is one lady that aways has a smile on her face she treats me and my dog Harley so good . One day I told her I had a little trouble calling to make an appointment, .On my next appointment she called me to make the appointment, she is truly a special person. I will always be a customer at Veterinary Associates because of people like her, . Thank you Lisa. You truly are very special person”

“Sept 12, I brought my kitten in because he was dying of what they might’ve thought was panleukopenia. If I had known what this disease was sooner and realized the symptoms he had a few days prior, I could’ve had a better chance saving him. I begged them to save my precious boy, but they told me he was pretty much gone and the only thing I could do was mercifully put him to sleep. Dr. Patti was compassionate enough to return from her lunch break early in attempts to save him. She made the process of helping my baby cross swiftly over the rainbow bridge. The vet office staff were incredibly gentle and empathetic through the process. I was extremely hurt that day, and even though putting my baby to sleep was not the outcome I had expected, I thank all of those staff who were there at 1:18 pm when my Geralt crossed the rainbow bridge and into Heaven with my nana and fur babies I’ve outlived. My heart will forever be broken, but I’m glad I went to this hospital. We did everything we could and that’s what I’m grateful for. Dr. Patti has been taking care of my family’s pets since I was a little one, even through helping them cross the rainbow bridge before I understood what it was. Thank you for showing me comfort through it all. I will never forget my last moments with my sweet, stinky boy. He meant the world to me. I will cherish this hospital for the way they help their clients through the harder side of furbabies.”

“Love Mesa Vet. They are struggling with staffing like so many places in the state and country but we always use for urgent and emergent visits for our 4 dogs and have had excellent care. Staff is knowledgeable and take time to explain and answer questions instead of rushing you out. Dr. Matt saved our dog a few years ago. He had SBO, was vomiting profusely and required emergency surgery to remove the object he had ingested. We did not have time to get to Springs and glad we did not as the care at Mesa goes above and beyond. They treat their patients like family.”

“We took our miniature Schnauzer, Ace in for major dental work and extractions. The staff were all very kind and professional. He was glad to get home, had some dinner and is now sound asleep. I know he was in good hands and treated well.”

“I made the drive from Colorado Springs because I was interested in a little kitten. I was so happy to see he was still available once I got there and I adopted him right away. The guy who helped me was so helpful and kind, he walked me through the process and answered every question I had. They offer military discount and also give a bag of food to take home and a voucher for a free visit in one of the vet clinics around town. I just had a great experience and I can't wait to see this little kitten grow with me.”

“They're always good at getting us when they can. Answering my questions over the phone. Helping me decide if we even need to take our dogs in. They were so good to my dog and patient with us. They removed a volley ball size cancerous tumor from her uterus. When we picked her up she was so happy! Thank you all for taking such great care of her! Our old lady means the world to us and that was the hardest choice to make but we are so glad we did!”

“My dog injested a large amount of rat poison. It was priceless that the vet rushed back from lunch and made full services available to save her life. They prepared a full treatment description for my regular vet and followed up with me, despite the fact I live 2 hours from Pueblo. Very grateful for all the kindness and care!”

“The staff was very helpful with my cats emergency. I was able to get an appointment and have her seen. Unfortunately she passed away but they were caring and gave me time alone with her after and explained all charges before providing any services.”

“Overall the staff are nice, they were kind and empathetic when our dog passed away. However, the hard rule of the door being locked at all times makes it feel unsafe and cold. There was zero follow through, they said they would call us when our dogs ashes were ready to pickup and they never called. I was the one who called to see if she was ready for pickup. When I got there to pick her up the staff did not let me in. When she came out she said here and walked off. There is a lot to be said for safety and security however that should not replace kindness. You can do both, build safety and security and kindness.”
