I had issues with my phone after coming down out of the mountains. The ladies fixed everything within 5 min AND let me know about a great upgrade for both our phones. Wish these folks were in my town in Kansas, the Verizon store there is notorious for bad service-not here!!

Josiah was fantastic! I walked in thinking I had a problem, but he was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. I left feeling confident and reassured. Definitely go see him!

We are a business and I lost my iPhone in while in town Thankfully Verizon was only 2 miles where I was at and even though there was a small wait to be seen my issue was resolved with me walking out with a new iPhone 17pro! Thanks Verizon!

Natasha was great. Friendly and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions about upgrading 2 phones. Unfortunately there was a problem with something called omni when she rang up my bill. Verizon customer service was less than stellar trying to resolve the issue or work around it, with 2 hang ups. I'll be taking that up with verizon shortly. Kudos ? to Natasha!

A very knowledgeable young man talk to me today. I appreciated him greatly. I will be switching carriers from T-Mobile to Verizon and he gave me the information I needed so as soon as we hit the 22nd of this month I will be moving to verizon. The only thing I would suggest management give this young man the authorization code that he needs process what we need as customers. That was not his fault this morning that he could not take this one he did not have access due to lack of an access code from management.
