Had a package marked as delivered, never received it. Takes to the supervisor and was basically told my proof didn't matter because they go off the location it was scanned.

Why keep indicating on tracking numbers that packages have been delivered, when they haven't yet? This is a habitual situation we're experiencing with the Fortino Blvd. office. It's frustrating and disturbing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. In 2 days usps has lost 6 packages of mine! It will say delivered in parcel locker! I get someone else mail or a key with nothing in the damn locker!
I went to speak with the manager and asked if someone could open the lockers to check he informed me they were down a 3rd with staffing.. mean while I live literally 5 mins away from this post office.
I asked to make a second complaint about our driver and he stated they don’t have a process in place… mean while my mail lady refuses to deliver mail if she has to walk up stairs. And she can put mail in the right slot let alone deliver it at all!
Hundreds of dollars worth of things gone. And the manager did not seem like he was too concerned about fixing it. He also took 20 mins to come speak to me in the front.
Absolutely failed as a delivery service!

3 USPS tickets opened over the past 7 months. Missed one call and get put through an IVR. Have followed everything they've asked, still can't get the proper mail delivered to me. Incomptent government agency.

Literally the worst post office ever: this is the 3rd package they marked as delivered to a parcel locker that was not delivered to me at all. They have cost me hundreds of dollars with their negligence and downright laziness.

I’m not sure exactly where my package was delivered from , but yesterday afternoon at around 6:30 pm … on a small van the delivery driver just ..,. Threw my package over my small fence and was visible to everyone…. I saw him from my window and I opened my door and didn’t apologized, that was just wrong , did not say a word . What if I was on a wheelchair ??
But I hope in god no one does same thing to him

I just had 3 bright yellow envelopes out on my mailbox to go out for mailing,the mailman walked right past our front door onto the next house.i hollered and said excuse me sir and all he did was look back and kept on walking so I hollered again MAILMAN you just walked past my house right in front of our mailbox and didn't bother to grab our going mail..he grabbed the 3 letters out of my hand turned around and started to walk away and I said to him,Danny our normal mailman would NEVER treat his customers like this..the mailman just kept on walking..The sad thing about this is EVERY TIME I have out going mail it will be out there for 3-4 days till I can get to the post office myself!!Such laziness and unprofessional nowadays

I am only giving 1 star because it is required. This is the worst post office ever. They will not deliver your packages and make you come and pick them up because they are too big to deliver according to them. My vehicle isn't big enough to pick up the item. How the heck did it get to the Post Office if it was too big? It was a fishing pole in a long tube that was 8ft long. I have a Kia Rio the package would not fit in my vehicle! It will fit in Post Office vehicles though. They just don't want to deliver them. The employees also steal your packages. I did a Law Enforcement complaint and the Post Master is required by law to call the complainant within a timely fashion about the incident. I had a package that was stolen in April and still waiting for a call back from the Post Master. They go by GPS and say your package was delivered, ie left in the mail box, but wait, how the heck do you fit a large battery in the mailbox? We have cameras My next step is to do an IG complaint and I will do it through Fort Carson this week. This Post Master needs to be relieved of her duties and she should be completely ashamed of how the public she and her constituents are supposed to be serving. Just go to the Post Office and stand in the there and listen to the people complain about how bad that Post office is. Problem is she is protected by her stupid union and she can't be fired! Well, let me tell you instead how bad you and your employees suck! Forget you and your den of thieves! When I order something now, I have it delivered via UPS because USPS sucks and so does FEDEX!

Don't send mail that requires a signature... they won't walk to your door because they are afraid of knocking or too lazy to walk the extra hundred feet. You will have to pick it up in person because redelivery is not an option.
