Kevin was incredibly irritating to deal with… won’t go into detail because many people have on him already but the sarcastic and condescending remarks were unbelievable

Was going through the process of getting my passport and had questions, Kevin was extremely unhelpful and would not answer my questions. I asked how I could contact a federal office to get my questions answered and he refused to give me any information… going somewhere else. This Kevin guy has other bad reviews on here as well… so avoid him if possible.

They did not deliver my mail for two months. When I asked why I’m not getting my mail they claimed that I removed my own name from my PO Box. Wtf?

I see Kevin already has several horrible reviews! Well here's another one for him. Rudest worker there, I will not be going back. He needs to find another job that doesn't involve customer service!!

Awful experience going here for a passport. Kevin has no customer service skills, and is frankly rude. And to add to it, he messed up our passport application requiring us to go back and do it again a month later.

Rudest man at the counter.... Told him I needed to mail a letter and he says well what do you need, I said I need to mail this letter and he says oh do you need a stamp or what, I said well obviously and he says that 75 cents I said is this going to be enough postage because the letter is kind of heavy he just looked at it and said yeah cash or card? I said cash gave him a $5 and he says I don't have change you need to have either a dollar or 75 cents so I left without a stamp...WORST customer service EVER!!!!! He needs to be fired!!

Got our passports done here and it was a great experience! Staff was very helpful and sweet. I didn’t catch her name, but the lady with red hair was so kind and helped us through the whole process very quickly. I don’t even leave reviews often but things went so much more smoothly than I thought they would so I definitely would recommend people in the Springs to come and get your passports here!

They were very nice! We didn't fill out an application beforehand but they were so nice and accommodating, they kept reassuring us that it was fine. We got in and out of there in 30 minutes.

Do not go here I went in 1 hour early for my passport appointment and asked for a passport application the worker named KEVIN said no you have to have that done before you come in here I politely replied and said I still have time as I mentioned I was an hour early he handed the paper work to me and I asked if I can borrow a pen he said “oh so now you want to borrow one of MY pens” I then came back to ask for another part of the application and he said “oh are you coming back to
Return my pen” I said no he then said “this is why you have to do this before you come in” once again I said I still have plenty of time he then said “I can cancel your appointment” In a rude tone of voice so then I decided to just cancel my appointment because I was not going to deal with him treating me the way he did if he’s racist he should not be working with people. Maybe if we all stop going here he will get fired or they can do some thing about him. I went to another usps location they had already known about him and said he made another person cry so bad that they had to call in a supervisor. His name is KEVIN

I have quit going here due to the rudest clerk. First name is Keith. First time I got him, I had a torn meniscus, had brought my package in on a rolling cart, told him I needed help picking up to put on desk. He said,”well I’m not picking it up”. Two elderly gentlemen heard him & picked up for me. Another time I put a mailing envelope on counter. He said, “what do you want me to do with that?” Another time he said I was short 1/2 inch on tape. Asked if I could have that small a piece as another clerk had done that for me once. He said “no” & that I’d have to buy an entire roll. The last straw was when I bought stamps (10, I believe). I gave him a $10 bill, he threw it back at me and said I’d have to have the correct change, he didn’t have change to return. I told him it was strange it was the post office and they were out of change. He stood and glared at me. A customer behind me offered to pay my exact fee for the stamps. I thanked him but said no, that I wanted my change back and this clerk Keith all of a sudden had the exact change. I finally had it with him and told him that every time I came in, he had an issue with something or other, always minor, that he was always rude & that he needed to get another job where he didn’t have to deal with the public!! I called him an expletive which I probably shouldn’t have but I had had it with him! When I got to my car in the parking lot, I turned around and saw that he was in the window glaring at me, leaving his post. I told my neighbor and she knew exactly who he was, said she had had trouble with him. He got irritated with her because she had to fill out a postal form and he was upset that it was taking her a while, she said he sat there drumming his fingers on the desk. She told him he could drum his fingers all he wanted, that he would not rush her. I went to the Midtown and to the main post office on Fortino afterwards. If I saw that he was at one or the other, I would go to another one. It was a waste of time and gas but I refused to have to put up with him again. At each postal station I mentioned this person Keith & his behavior. I didn’t have to tell them the name, each postal clerk told me they knew who I was talking about so apparently he has quite a reputation for being rude and obnoxious. It is an embarrassment to the post office to have someone like that working for them. Several postal carriers have told me that I should read the Google reviews, that there were plenty about him and they were all similar, all bad!! Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. Hopefully this Keith will one day realize he’s lucky to have a job, especially with the poor attitude he has & the disgrace he brings to the USPS!!

I had a terrible experience at the Belmont Post Office recently. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping customers. However, the worst part of my visit was dealing with an employee named Kevin. He was incredibly rude and seemed to be abusing his authority.Instead of offering assistance, Kevin spoke to me in a condescending tone and made the entire situation more stressful than it needed to be. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for someone in a public service role. I expect better treatment from a government office, and I won’t be returning to this location if I can avoid it.
