Went in for passport services. Kevin assisted us. He was super patient, explained everything, and was friendly. Perfect customer service.

On 5-24-2024 about 2;30 pm or after I asked for a receipt for my free USPS SH return label that came with my item . And the man told me he couldn't give me one because the system wouldn't let him. I told him they give me them when I return items at midtown, and he handed back my box and said well you can take it to midtown... read full comment

Worst customer service. You can be standing in line waiting to be helped before 5pm and if it passes that time, they will refuse to serve you and close shop.
