“I had a great experience buying a car from Mercado Motors. Arturo was great to work with and he made the process quick and easy. So far, the vehicle is great and meets my family’s needs, perfectly. I was referred to Mercado and I’ll be referring them to everyone I know that is looking for a vehicle.
Editing to add: 4 days after purchase, my vehicle started acting up and a bunch of different lights came on. I plugged a code reader in and 16 different codes popped up! I spoke with Arturo and he arranged for the car to be towed back to them. Dustin found the problem and it ended up just being a blown fuse. They even went so far as to bring the vehicle back to me when it was all done. These are used cars and problems are going to pop up. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded, handled the issue, and the level of customer service they provided. Even with the issue, I still think this was 5-star service and highly recommend them.”
“Back in 2018, I was looking to size-up from my 03 Civic and More-Skinny was recommended to me. While they didn't have what I was looking for (2013-ish V6 Altima or V6 Accord), the staff were friendly and told me they'd keep an eye out. I wasn't in a hurry. They called me back 6 months later to let me know they'd found exactly what I wanted at an out-of-town auction. They said they'd likely buy the car even if I didn't want it. Well, they gave me a great trade-in value and a good price on the Altima, so I snagged it. 7 years later and the car is still in excellent shape! I recommend them every chance I get!”

“We bought a truck a week ago today and I just want to say the process was extremely easy. Dave was not pushing the sale at all like the bigger dealerships. He answered every question we had, he was very honest about this truck. They do their own service on their vehicles. He let us know he hasn't done service on this truck yet due to he just got it. He informed us it needed brakes and rotors and told us he is going to take care of that plus get it serviced! The small car lots always sales used vehicles as is. But this car lot takes care of any mechanical issues the vehicle may have. We picked it up the following monday and by the time I got 45 miles down the road I noticed the passenger brake and rotor was making noise. I call and they had me bring it back the following Saturday and fixed it when they didn't have to!! We met Dave's brother bill and both are just absolutely great guy's!! I recommend these guy's to anyone! We will do our next vehicle purchase from Dave and Bill!!”

“Highly recommend. I had trouble finding a place that would finance me with $1000 down (I have terrible credit). They did in house financing. I had a problem with the brakes shortly after and they fixed it with no hesitation. The check engine light went on and they replaced the part. I've had the car a few months now and finally got upset because the heater never worked. I took it in today and they did not have a problem fixing it.”
