Had a legit hair emergency my hair ended in a unfortunate way, after I washed, dried & started to style did I find my layers looked unbelievably bad. I stood in my bathroom ugly crying, my hair has been a huge part of my healing journey and crating an identity/image just for me that I love and crying in the bathroom with hair that is in serious need of CPR just wasn't the MOVE, so booked an appointment at the salon and also called to explain my hair type, texture and style because I am mixed and have curly hair that I ware straight or in a blowout I didnt want to be butchered twice literally ptsd. Welp I spoke with Alize right away explained to her what happened and she gave me alllll the confidence in this appointment I felt very comfortable she was very honest and even asked for a reference photo for worst case. It ended up being way better than we both thought. That woman gave me CPR she put the life back in my hair and the confidence thst was sucked out of me placed right back thank you so much for saving me! Nobody likes to ugly cry when it comes to their hair. Definitely recommend 100 percent.

The Ulta store itself is fantastic and definitely 5 stars. This review is only for the salon portion. Unfortunately, I cannot remember my stylists name, but I was in there yesterday and paid $52 for the WORST haircut I’ve ever had in my life. It was so bad that when I got home my husband offered to fix a few parts in the back that were so obvious that it’s embarrassing. I didn’t request anything crazy, but this young girl destroyed my hair. Nothing is even, and in the back she stacked it VERY HIGH and didn’t blend the stacks. So now I have no choice but to let some of it grow out before I can even get it professionally fixed. I will always shop at Ulta, but I would NEVER go back for any kind of haircut.

Absolutely the best. Derrick always helps me get a deal. I honestly don't get on the app enough to see coupons, but he is always on it. Wish the other employees did what he does. I always get more with the coupon and its stuff I need but was putting it on hold for next pay day.

I have to say, Pueblo's Ulta has brought it up a few notches, in my opinion. I use to only shop at Sephora because they had way better customer service. The last two visits at Ulta has been AMAZING!! (I had gift certificates, so I went in) Makayla and Kayla both, took TIME to truly share their knowledge with me and worked with me till I was happy! Thank you so much, it truly was appreciated!!! I am HAPPY to shop with you and recommend!!!
