He quickly put the engine oil flap back in place and, to my surprise, didn’t charge me a dime. His kindness and honesty made my first trip to Colorado so much better. “They're busy and there's a reason why. There are the best around. Took our Tahoe in to get it rebuilt transmission before Thanksgiving and it took them about a month to turn around. I'm sure the holiday did not help them. But they are very popular because they do good work guarantee their work and are accredited nationally. Mike is who we dealt with mostly. He was friendly prompted informative. They could use a little bit of help in the communication section But there again they're busy for a reason. I did not mind calling and checking in on it as they were always easy to deal with and answer their phone. Upon picking up our vehicle we did notice that they charged extra for some fuel and they used quite a bit of fuel I'm assuming driving it around and making sure things were running properly as they said that they had to drive it to the dealership to get the rebuilt transmission flashed. The owner corrected it though and went above and beyond to satisfy us. This was a totally different experience than what I had at a little shop in Canon City where I had to take our other vehicle to have the transmission replaced a month before.”

“4 other shops in the area, refused to do the work I was asking, stating it would be better to pull the drivetrain and replace the transmission for 4000$+, Jim only asked 1400. He does the frustrating and hard work to save you money. To the previous review, the yard has a 9 foot tall chain link fence with barbwire and flood lights. Try reviewing the Police if you feel betrayed. Think before slamming an honest business man for stuff you left in your car stolen by thieves. Crime is everywhere, and the city doesn't have the means to protect the "valuables" you forgot in your car.”

“I recently took the Mercedes SLK for an oil change to be done. I dropped it off on my way to work at 8:00 am. then they gave me a ride to work. I also had them do work on the suspension, tires, and alignment. Now, everything is back to specifications. I am more than pleased with the company and will recommend Geared Up Auto Care to all my friends. The company can work on high-end luxury cars here in Pueblo. That beats going to the Springs for work to be done on a Mercedes.
