Outstanding! On direction of my podiatrist, a specific brand of shoes was strongly recommended, as well as the source for purchase. Wearing a pneumatic boot, I limped into Tradehome Shoes & was immediately met by Anthony Rinaldi store manager.
He was interested in specific details of my foot condition & the doctor’s specific recommendations. He selected 5 models of the HOKA One One shoes. With infinite patience he assisted me in trying all 5 pairs of shoes on both feet. Narrowed the choice to 2.
I was amazed at his commitment to my comfort, as he assisted me in retrying each of the final 2 pairs several times; each with a brief walk around. Made my choice and wore them out of the store carrying my Pneumatic boot. I was feeling that these are the best, most comfortable shoes I have ever had.
I am sold. HOKA shoes are the best. Thanks Anthony.

Clint was an outstanding salesman. Not only knowledgeable, but very personable with a good sense of humor. He could see what sad shape my poor old feet were in and fit shoes to my needs, not to any quota. He also noticed that what I came in wearing were shoes that were a bit better than no shoes at all and found flats very similar - and on sale for me! This shoe store is at the top of my list and Clint is right up there, too.

I am a podiatrist and recommend and have been recommending this store since I came to Pueblo. I stop in regularly and the current manager (Anthony) in particular is very knowledgeable and when My patients come in with their prescription is very good along with his sales associates to recommend shoes that pass my “test”. Good job guys! Keep up the good work!

They rock at this store best selection, awesome prices , they know shoes !! They will work with you to find the best fit for you ! This is the only place I'll ever buy my shoes period! And if you have fallen arches or other foot problems their insoles are lifesavers.

My wife and I made our first visit to Tradehome Shoes at the Pueblo Mall today and were surprised. We experienced a level of customer service we didn’t think still existed. The store manager, Anthony, genuinely knows his products and knows how to sell them in a courteous, professional way. I’m quite certain we’ll be back.

Top notch full customer service from Moe. Tried a pair of Oboz for the first time per his recommendation and really enjoying them.
