My husband and I come here frequently to get stuff for ourselves on our land improvements. I'm taking a star simply because I felt like there was no customer service in the store, and what customer service I got was avoidance and then an attitude. My intentions was to buy something and because of the attitude I was just like forget it, especially after attempting to get someone from the back to come out and actually help me knowing I could hear them back there but the minute I put my head back there asking for help all things went silent. And then when someone approaches me and I say I'm looking for this... I'm told not to yell at them, and I wasn't even yelling, although I admit I was kind of raising my voice earlier to find someone, but when he approached, I did not yell at him. The funny thing was I was glad to finally have someone, and then I got the immediate attitude from him, and that turned me off quickly, considering I was struggling to find the item. Cashier didn't look thrilled to be there and appeared to be struggling to count cash received from the customer ahead of us.

I shopped here a lot till I found out there a woke company just like target and bud light. There not what they seem in there company values!!!!!!
Going back to Big R at least I know there not supporting the WOKE agenda!!!

Purchased a cub cadet lt46 less than 10 hours blade literally falls off ordered parts because warranty takes a week or so it was $8 delivered next day from Amazon the 3rd mow it was having issues reversing it would move but barely its one month and 13 days old past the original purchase date no return stuck on warranty I would not purchase a cub cadet mower if you need one thats not in the shop twice a season iv literally only ran 2.5 tanks of fuel through it 1m5 before the blade fell off cutting 6" grass the only plus is a 3 year factory warranty but if you don't even get one summer outta it before it needs a rebuilt I haven't even made my first payment on the credit card and have a $2600 headache to purchase it i tried contacting cub cadet too sat on hold for 37 mins without talking to a single person

This is more about the product and not the people. Love the employees. All very nice. This is about Kolor white marble rock. I bought four bags to start a medium sized project. Disappointing. Was mostly grey. I found another brand at Walmart called Pavestone. Outstanding white! Very little variation in color as well. A few grey stones. Also 51¢ less a bag.

Tried to return some Carhart shirts I recieved for Christmas that were too large, they wouldn't let me return or exchange because of a 30 day policy. So much for customer service. Big R had no issues after 30 days.

This is a great place with a lot of different inventory. I'm disabled and the staff is so helpful in tons of ways. Parking is great and the bathrooms are always clean. Prices are fair and they have great sales.

Omg,how lousy were rhey?the first nite ol boy was a great example of how costumer service sucks these days!and now today as I was shopping for a saw spark plugs and gloves?I now know why I've spent very little time with Traktor supply!unless some staffing issues are fixed?I've no time guys,sorry

Went to tractor supply today and had to pick up a very large order that was over 300 pounds. The gentlemen around the back behind the store in the loading area not only brought it out but they also helped load it into our SUV. We are so thankful for their help. Great couple of gentlemen. Thank you for making our experience a lot less stressful than we thought it was going to be.

OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Friendly, unloading good/about 1 hr. You enter here at same driveway shared by Harley Davidson, only keep to right for Tractor Supply dock ramp. You Exit around lot and unto other driveway unto street. ovnp out of way of dock/traffic flow on property.

Would probably be a great store except when you're told they'll help you and you sit there in the dark for 15+ min and no one shows up. I at least hope the conversation at the checkout line was riveting.

I was at Tractor Supply today and was very impressed with Judy. She took the time to help the gentleman in front of me with such compassion. It’s not very often you see great customer service anymore and she definitely did it today. I would recommend this store for anything you might need. Great job!

Stopped in today to fill my two bottles of propane. I asked a cashier upon my entry for some assistance and as she was getting ready to help, another cashier turned and stated very rudely that they can't fill propane during a storm ( storm/stôrm/noun1.a violent disturbance of the atmosphere ). I explained to her that it was only a light rain and she just got more agitated. I can't help but feel that it was not my money that was the issue but my appearance as a hispanic male that set the difference. Seeing as she was more then polite with the obvious Anglo customers of which she had in front of her. I can not confirm this as I just took the high road and left. Needless to say social media these days is a very powerful tool, and if this is he way she treats customers that she deems unfit to be there then I will make my voice heard. I have been in the store several times prior to this and service was always top notch. Unfortunately this instance has left a bad taste in my mouth and unfortunately I'll have to take my business elsewhere.
