“We had a blown out tire on the side of the highway and couldn’t get the shredded tire unwedged from the wheel hub. We called el chapo for roadside assistance and they cut/pried the tire shreds and changed both tires in under an hour. He even took the shredded tire with him instead of leaving it on the side of the road. We really appreciated his thorough service during a really stressful time.”
“Nate and his team are amazing! I always purchase my tires and wheels from them. The service is 5 star plus. I recently got a flat tire and couldn't make it to the shop. I didn't have anyone to call and assist me, so Nate sent someone out to get my vehicle fix my flat and return to me. They are lifesavers.”

“Got a nail in the sidewall of a tire from a set I had bought two years previously. I took it to the store I bought them from (rhymes with Hams) and they said it was not repairable. Ok, but I was told I would need a new set because company policy was to not put a new tire on with 3 slightly worn tires. Yuck. I called around to see if I could buy a replacement tire from anybody. I finally found Steve’s and they had a perfect replacement. He also sold it to me for way less than half the price of a new tire. I’ve been using it for over a year now and had zero issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again!”

I drove to the shop, again, two guys greeted me, were incredibly friendly, had my tire patched and me on my way within 20 minutes. I am incredibly thankful for their ability to get me going again, their professionalism, and the way they value their customers. “I had gone to several places to get my tire fixed, everyone was booked or I had to have an appointment which they did not have for several days!! James Elliott at Big O Tires said they also were booked but said he would work me in a couple hours later. Great! A couple hours later I came back and Jason Jaquez was very helpful and happy to fix my tire. They were apologetic as they were working me in but my wait was only 30 min. I will be coming back when I need work done. The fact they were willing to help and not tell me to make an appointment showed they cared, also made sure I was happy. Great Job!!”
