Just sat in the lobby and and watched the desk agents offer them to every single customer, with some sort of excuse why. I get sales, but when it’s offered to EVERY customer yall just cramming unnecessary repairs.”

“Staff was super quick and very fair. I had a tire that had around 53,000 miles on it go flat. I took it in and instead of them telling me they wouldnt try to repair it and just try to sell me new ones right away they took it back and tried to get some life out of it. The tire was beyond repair but it was shown why and what they tried to do to fix it. I went ahead and ordred 4 new tires. Was told they would be in the next day in the afternoon. I received a call the next day around 2pm. Showed up shortly after and only waited around 35 mintues to get 4 new tires put on. Employees were super friendly and I felt like a valued customer. Will definently be back for my other vehicles. I also appreaite not being lied to or trying to be upsold like some of the big box tire stores.”

“These guys were life savers and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family every time. On a trip to Arizona from Colorado Springs, my tire light came on right near Colorado City on a Friday night at 5:30. I called around and the owner Paul answered and offered to keep the shop open for me to fix my tire and get me back on the road, even though it would take me at least 25 minutes to get to his shop and it would be after his closing time. They took amazing care of me and my car and I have had no issues with the tire since. Sometimes in life you meet good people and this was one of those times. They were unselfish and kind in a world where that tends to be rare. Bring your car here; you won't regret it!”

Everyone told me they were too big and would rub, but I asked the owner to try it and he did and they work just fine! I'll be back!”

“Yesterday, August 14, 2024, 3pm, my muffler began to sound very annoying, so I called Paul Austin, too busy to get me in, then I called another Canon City Muffler place, they recommended Superior Muffler in Pueblo. I called immediately and Mr. Ted said bring your car tomorow at 8am. Today, Aug. 15, it is 5pm, my muffler is fixed, things are quiet again, and I walked away totally happy with people that were very professional and the PRICE was right on. I highly recommend Superior Muffler of Pueblo. Thank you for superior work and being fair.”
“I went to Big O’s to get some routine service done (tire balance rotation and alignment) after Walmart cross threaded the lug nuts onto the studs of my wheel. I spent about 5 hours there which wasn't ideal but there is no doubt in my mind that i will ONLY be bringing my car to them from here on out. Over the time I was there I was assisted by Drew, who was the rep at the front desk and basically was my therapist during this time. Paul was the tech who worked on my car and I can't say enough about him. He test drove my car, brought it back to have my drive it with him so that we could talk about the issue and he could further diagnose the issue when we got back to the garage. John aka Aaron is the person who assisted in the middle of doing something with another car. I had no problem with the guys discussing what they thought was wrong and it was at least reassuring to know everyone at the shop was on the same page, which is not something I can say about Walmart. John and Matt were also assisting throughout the process. Above everything else these guys shared one quality, they were genuinely invested in gettin my car safely back on the road, and did not make me feel dumb or inferior throughout the process.. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of anything to do with a car, and i guarantee if they are not able to complete the work themselves they will have a place to refer you to go or will provide you with a means to a solution for you to be able to get back onto the road safely- I would this Big O’s 6 stars if it was possible.
Oh yea and they did this all free of charge because the situation that i was in was "messed up" as they put it- If you chose to go to this big o's tires, i will guarantee you will not be disappointed with your decision”
“I can't say enough about how much these guys helped me out! They are honest and they know what they're talking about! Only place I know of in Pueblo to get a class c motorhome worked on quickly at an honest price with real mechanics unless you call some mobile guy. Hinkle's will even tow your motorhome or large truck to their shop.”

“This place is not only beautiful to look at but have staff with beautiful hearts I will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed if they say 10 minutes it be that exactly to the second not only do they move fast but they treated my truck as if was theirs I was truly impressed with the customer service and the friendly staff there you rarely here yes sir and no sir anymore but that was how I was greeted with every question I asked I was told this business has been there for 19 years and I see why they give excellent customer service with a smile so all you single moms and dads with limited time please stop in and get to k ow these guys they truly make life wonderful I will never go back to Walmart because of lack of common sense if I buy 5 quarts of oil and the truck requires 6 1/2 why not call me back to TLE so I can pay for the extra oils required to fill it properly how d*** can one person be and the manager said they didn’t fill it up because of money issues but if I brought my truck up to them wouldn’t have so money to pay I was a regular customer so they knew I knew how much oil it takes but anyway please cost the log cabin you will not be disappointed thanks again to all the staff and manager for being a caring and sweet companyServices: Air & cabin filter replacement”

I drove to the shop, again, two guys greeted me, were incredibly friendly, had my tire patched and me on my way within 20 minutes. I am incredibly thankful for their ability to get me going again, their professionalism, and the way they value their customers. “This place is absolutely a hidden gem. I was traveling to Pueblo to watch my daughter’s softball game and I ended up with a nail in my Tesla. Most places won’t even look at a Tesla by Lucas said no problem stop on in and within 20 minutes I was back on the road. Excellent customer service and an amazing staff.
