Yesterday, August 14, 2024, 3pm, my muffler began to sound very annoying, so I called Paul Austin, too busy to get me in, then I called another Canon City Muffler place, they recommended Superior Muffler in Pueblo. I called immediately and Mr. Ted said bring your car tomorow at 8am. Today, Aug. 15, it is 5pm, my muffler is fixed, things are quiet again, and I walked away totally happy with people that were very professional and the PRICE was right on. I highly recommend Superior Muffler of Pueblo. Thank you for superior work and being fair.

I needed a small repair on my exhaust. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for much less than a chain store would have cost.

Have had All my Alignments done here for years. Brian is the best. Asked about a pop machine, the guy at the desk said they couldn't keep them due to the theft/vandalism, and got me one from the employees personal stash!

Took my car there in Oct. for a wheel alignment after having new tires put on. It would pull to the right when accelerating after the alignment and drift to the right. Never had time to take it back. Now here January and my tires are shot. Should have listened to everybody when they told me not to take my car there. Even after 3 months my tires should have never been that tore up this bad. I will never take another vehicle there or receive this place. The bad thing is I would have never known my tires were in such bad shape on the inside if I wouldn't of had my steering wheel turned and seen the tires were worn down on the inside all the way and showing steel cords.

I am extremely pleased with this shop! I had an issue with my exhaust and was dealing with my dealership who couldn't get the part ordered because it was on backorder, so i called superior on Wednesday and requested and apt for today and they got me in right away. I dealt with 2 different gentlemen, didn't get there names, but both were very professional and helpful, my car was fixed in 15 minutes and an extremely affordable price!!!! Will definitely use again if needed!

One of the best experiences I have had. The customer service was outstanding, and I felt important to the owner. I was a walk-in with no appointment, and my truck needed a muffler hanger repaired. Norman took care of me within 30 minutes. Customer for life.

called to ask about pricing for an exhaust job. I was inquisitive but cordial. Guy called me a pendejo on the phone. I hung up immediately. Shop just lost $1700 in business.

My bapa lost his clutch on his 1972 dodge challenger he had it towed to superior tire, then Norman took a look at it, fixed in 2 hours he also got his header crushed so he took it to the same place and they fixed it pretty quick and it looks better than the other header so good job to the staff. They were very friendly and nice. I recommend this place.
