Stopped on my way home to Alamosa after a freak storm blew out the back window of my Lexus. Josh and the service team wasted no time wrapping my back gate with crashwrap to keep the water out at no charge! I was able to head home without water getting into my car. Thank you Subaru of Pueblo!

I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced with Pueblo Subaru!! I was able to speak with Josh Eaton regarding the maintenance and up keep on a 2023 Subaru Legacy, the knowledge that was illustrated was preeminent. I am very confident in what I need to do now, I will service my vehicle here just from how confident the service team is. I have friends who have purchased vehicles at this dealership and I only hear good things about how the process was! John the General Manager seems to hire some really good Employees! I hope this review can help anyone who is between dealerships!! Please choose Subaru of Pueblo you wont regret it!

I had a 7:30 am appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and engine diagnostic to determine why all the lights on my dashboard were lit up. 3 and a half hours later they had not even started on my car. It ended up taking FIVE HOURS for the oil change, tire rotation and engine diagnostic test. They had to order parts so I drove 2 hours home and waited to hear back.
My next appointment was at 9 am. 2 and a half hours later they had, once again, not even started working on my car.
The mechanic who was supposed to work on my car left for a doctors appointment and Kyran never bothered to tell the service manager. So HAD I NOT ASKED, my car would have simply sat there, again. This appointment ended up lasting 7 hours.
My question for whoever is in charge: why do you even bother to give customers appointment times since you don’t honor them?
I love Subarus and my family will continue to be a Subaru family but we will NEVER bring any of our cars to this service department again.

I have been going to Pueblo Subaru since 2015 and I have never had a bad experience. Always friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient. The service department is 2nd to none. They make me feel they are working on their own car and truly care. Thank You!!

The service department here is quick and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Donnell was awesome friendly positive personality. Still going smooth. Take my cars up when Donnell is there, he pays attention to detail. Great attitude!

Marcus at the Service department is the best. I wish the actual owner of Subaru or who ever is the head of Subaru would meet Marcus ! He went out of his way to help us get a very expensive fix paid for with an option we didn't even know was available! He understands safety especially for children in the car. I recommend this location for anyone who needs work done on their Subaru! I've brought my Subaru here for 4 years now and have never been disappointed!
