“I got a gift card for this place for Christmas in which I used to purchase a new pair of boots. After about 3 months, the heel ripped off the right boot. Which I must admit that was pretty freaking quick, work boots usually last me 3-5 years. It's probably just a one-off fluke.
Anyway, I lost the receipt, so I went in there hoping they would be able to look it up by phone number. It was my first time in Cavender's, and I guess I didn't expect to be back for a good while, so I didn't put in my phone #.
However, they were able to find the transaction in their system by combination of it being a gift card purchase and the boot brand/style to find my transaction and traded me out for a new pair. Top notch customer service. Had I gone anywhere else, I'm sure I would have had to eat the loss due to not having my receipt.”

“So i go in your store today afrer spending 10 minutes by myself with 3 salespeople talking to each other and didnt ask me 1 thing , i no more than walked into your store and a there was 3 girls working and the white gal , i cant remember her name , she is thin and wears glasses , anyway she helped me before i could even look at shoes...i was looking for 1 specific kind and nothing else, you guys didnt have it so she went above and beyond and tried to get them online cause they werent in store, well didnt have my size so she tried everything to get close and nothing, she turned me on to a torally different shoe that wasnt my favorite but i felt so obligated to her that i bought them, she was amazing , i had to buy something from her , anyhow all 3 girls were so cool and friendly to be around , i woulsd recommend anyone there, by the way footlocker had the shoe i wanted but no one would help me to see if my size was available , this girl at your store is AWESOME , her name is Dana”
