“I went to UPS to send my mother a package as it was near another errand I was running. They wanted to charge me over $400 to send a box of gifts that weighed about 6lbs. This wasn’t overnight, but for several days later. Noped out of there and tried my luck here at FedEx. They not only charged a reasonable amount, they were very kind and packaged it for me. They got it to her the same day UPS would’ve at a fraction of the cost. 10/10 would recommend!”

Sometimes there is a bit of a line, but most often there's not, so we're in and out in just a few minutes. All of the staff are patient, friendly, and professional. We're very grateful this is where we can take care of our Amazon business regularly.”
“Sent a package from Pueblo West to Houston TX on 12/16/2022. It arrives in TX on 12/19/2022. A message said it was being returned because it had an incomplete address. Turns out I had put the complete and correct address on it after all. Lance and Jarod at the main post office in Pueblo on Fortino were instrumental in helping me find and get this package delivered. It took 33 DAYS!Kudos to our Pueblo employees! Shame on the Copperfield Annex employees who must be complete idiots.”

I didn’t catch her name, but the lady with red hair was so kind and helped us through the whole process very quickly. I don’t even leave reviews often but things went so much more smoothly than I thought they would so I definitely would recommend people in the Springs to come and get your passports here!”
