“I had to ship a package to my sister in South Dakota, and it had to be done by FedEx. I went there and was helped with getting it ready to be shipped and then paid for the shipping fee and was told when it would arrive at the location, and then I left.”
“Great service. The clerk on duty was helpful and polite. UPS definitely deserves 5 stars.However, because the customer entrance is hidden so well that I had to drive around the building about 3 times before I found it , that resulted in one star deduction.Dear UPS: how about a large sign? "Customer Service" and an arrow pointing at the hidden door, maybe. Or a big sign over that door. It really would be helpful.”
“I'm not sure what some people want in life. A hand out? So many people complain about small things. I've been using this store for a while and never had a problem. In fact, I drive a hour to go here. There are over head prices and fees applied to pay to have your items shipped, or received. This is a great store! Stop crying ?”
“Sent a package from Pueblo West to Houston TX on 12/16/2022. It arrives in TX on 12/19/2022. A message said it was being returned because it had an incomplete address. Turns out I had put the complete and correct address on it after all. Lance and Jarod at the main post office in Pueblo on Fortino were instrumental in helping me find and get this package delivered. It took 33 DAYS!Kudos to our Pueblo employees! Shame on the Copperfield Annex employees who must be complete idiots.”
