I called to order one gallon of paint. I asked and was told that they could have my gallon of paint ready and I said that I would be in to pick it up in 30-45 minutes. The person I spoke to by the name of Chris told me that they would get started on it right away. When I went in to pick it up my order had not been started. It didn't take them long to fill it, but they hadn't even taken any action even though they wrote down the information, they acted stunned that I was there to pick it up. Employees were just jacking around and talking in the back. I was also stunned to find out that one gallon of paint was $111.00!!! Basically there are more people working in that store than there need to be, and they're not even really working. They just lost my business. Next time I'll just go to Lowe's.

This store is so wonderful! I went into the store and was immediately greeted and helped. There must have been six employees working in there, so no one who came in had to wait. The knowledge of the staff is unprecedented. They were all so helpful and kind.The paint is the best paint I’ve ever worked with, by far.This paint is more expensive than others, but you definitely get what you pay for, and the staff make it all worth it.

Best paint I have used, washes well and if touch up needed blends well with the rest of walls, staff is helpful with color combinations and service is quick...I love Sherwin Williams paint

I would like to give a huge “thank you” to Cory Voss at the Pueblo Store for his patience and professionalism. I am a senior living on a fixed income, and with inflation so high, could not afford a professional rebuild for a small 16 year old back deck. I decided to tackle sanding and staining the deck as it was still pretty structurally sound. Since I have never done this before, I went to the professionals at Sherwin Williams.Explaining my mission, and inexperience, Mr, Voss patiently walked me through what I needed and best way to accomplish this on my budget. By following his recommendations and advice, I am very pleased and proud of how it turned out. Thank you again Cory for all of your help!

I have always used Sherwin-Williams Paint. I love the "small" samples with the screw on tops. Good amount of paint so a large sample size can be painted on the wall. Always have nice people waiting on me and it is conveniently located off a major street - Elizabeth.

The customer service here is always outstanding.I can't remember their names. But, three young guys in particular always have really good attitudes and excellent customer service when I've had to go to the shop.I've had a couple mix ups with my orders. But, these same kids fixed the issues with no hassle and gave me very fair deals.Please hire more people like this. It's seriously a pleasure not dealing with service people who have attitudes and don't care about the service they give.Can't recommend this store enough.

The employees here will stop what they are doing to mix your paint and have it immediately for you to come by and grab it.They are all customer service oriented and that I like.
