Great service and was able to get a bigger unit last minute when needed. The ladies working even called when we forgot to properly secure the door. Awesome place to store unneeded seasonal equpment.

We traveled from California to Pueblo. We were greeted by Brandi who was just so sweet and helpful. Unloading went smoothly and when we were done Brandi gave us a nice cold bottle of water. The place was clean and cool. Definitely happy with our decision to use this storage facility.

This is a updated post. I posted 2 months ago and gave them a 5. We were new and dealing with John was a pleasure. Since then I have many complaints:
1. The rent on the storage unit was increased by $20 after 2 months.That's not what we were told when we signed up
2. We rented an indoor climate controlled unit and paid for the climate controlled unit which is advertised and cost more money. The indoor 2nd floor units are 93-98 degrees. That's not air conditioned and /or climate controlled. . Why are you advertising and charging more money for a units on the second floor that are just as hot as outdoors? If the air conditioning isn't working and you are running one and it's still that hot, fix it right, cool the units down. Why are you not notifying people that have those units and doing what is right and reducing their rents while this problem is occurring?
Brandi has been awesome. She listens to everyone complaints and does her very best to help but this is a problem that she is unable to fix. I'd hate to rent another Uhaul and move all my stuff but fair is fair. I feel you take advantage of your renters. We should get what we rented and agreed to. You agreed to keep those units cool.

We had the pleasure to work with John at the property on Greenhorn Dr. in Pueblo. He was wonderful. We had alot of questions and he answered all our questions. We actually liked how easy it was to work with him. We appreciated his personality and humor, overall it was a great experience. He is a great asset to this company.

Brandi @ this Securcare Self storage and her team were Super helpful when I needed to change my newly rented locker for a bigger one. The facility is nice and clean, always a big plus!
