Safeway is my second home. I've never had any issues in this store. Every dept has someone ready to help you, even if its not their section. Cashiers are always so nice & polite. Want nice customers service, stop by, you will get it.

I was leaving did not realize I dropped my wallet. As I was backing up an employee, Armando, comes up to my car to return it to me. I can’t express enough gratitude for his kind act and I hope he gets some recognition for being a genuine and honest employee. Thank you Armando!

I got the absolute worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life from the deli packaged crab meat here. I almost had to go to the hospital. Don't get the packaged cold crab and cocktail sauce. It's been over 24 hours and I can still barely move around.

The pharmacy technician a particular one, does not have any customer service skills at all!!!
I was on my phone for a very important physician call, and the technician had the nerve to tell me to get off the phone. If the call had not been important I would not have been on my phone.
Is that the way they treat senior citizens??? No one should be treated like that!!!
I have been in to the pharmacy before its like walking into a morge with all of the sour faces.
I'm changing pharmacies and will not go back to that store at all.

Manager is a terrible lady.
Learn to treat people better. Be grateful you have a job. Teach the people you did hire to not harass other people.
