Shopped at the Southside Safeway today and Manager Margaret helped me when my grocery bag broke and everything ended up on the floor. Margaret helped pick up my groceries and got another bag . She even offered to replace my eggs. Thanks Margaret! You’re a valuable employee !

The most ridiculous store ever. Refused to sell non alcoholic beer to me because I didn't have my ID on me. Manager and checker giggled as they stumbled to show me and tell the law on this. I felt so disrespected. Not one other store cards for non alcoholic beer. I could handle it better if the staff was professional and treated me with respect. Even refused a digital Id. Big fight over fake beer. Do better safeway. Never was shown the law either.

First of all I hate to use the self checkout station, but they only had one checker and she was very busy. I decided to use the self checkout machine, the older man came over and stood by me the whole time. He stared at what I was doing. It made me very uncomfortable. I felt like I was a thief. Afterwords I told customers service, she told me that was his job to watch and make sure no one takes anything and to help if anyone needs it. I told them if they didn’t trust me to do the check out themselves and not want me to do it.

I visit grocery stores in 5 different states on a continuous basis. This Safeway has the most inflated and ludicrous prices I have ever come across. The 'sales' are still higher than other stores' daily retail price. I have never in my life seen a 2-litre of soda tagged for $3.79.

Very important to check your receipt for correct pricing. I always click all the coupons online before doing my shopping. I check my receipt while walking out the store and I have to go back to get my money back that they overcharged me. I do get my money returned but according to the staff there, it's always my fault for not clicking the coupon. When I show them my app and where I have clicked the coupon they always tell me they don't know what happened. Never an apology and the lack of friendliness makes me wonder why I shop here.

your hot wings are to hot i baught them in yhe past and they were good a little bit spicy but tolerable but two days ago i baught them and i cant eat another one to hot, i had to cook something alse not so hot.

So I tonight I decided to go in and but some food.. First I hesitated cause the food didn't look as attractive as other Safeway's I have been to.. The food display was dirty and I know it's late but I as a food industry worker in the past for 16 years at all times I must maintain a very clean environment. The person that attended me was very polite I might say.. Now I proceed to order something simple to grab a bite and continue home.. afterwards my friend and I decided to eat in the vehicle.. When we were done he felt an upset stomach so we decide to enter and use the restroom.. The first security guard unlocked the door for us I used it first then when I came out it locked again.. so I went and got another security guard and he opened it for my friend. My friend was inside for maybe like 8 minutes while I waited outside and took a look at the store.. The second security guard yelled at me stating for me to tell my friend that it was time he got out the bathroom.. don't know if this is store policy that you have a time limit to use a restroom.. but if you are a paying customer and something you ate there didn't sit well I feel its a disrespect to treat customers this way.. not going back.. thanks for such a crappy visit.. here I will upload the receipts of prove if what I bought and the day and time I was in there..

Most things easy to find; a couple required searching and asking employees but they were friendly and knowledgeable. Crowded when I was there, but they handled it.

My favorite grocery store in Pueblo. They have a wonderful staff and a wonderful deli. Their staff helped me set up my Safeway app which had never worked before. They also have senior discount day the first Wednesday of every month.

This was my 1st visit to Safeway in about 1yr and I've never been treated so well!Everyone was so friendly and helpful it was a great experience that I had!I'm very much thinking about starting to shop here instead of Walmart y'all have everything I shopped for in stock and that made my day.Thank you Safeway you're the best!
