Setting up the appointments was a hassle, attempted both online and at the business, information, i.e. make, model license plate, provided to Safelite was incorrect; according to Safelite. The biggest mess was providing the insurance member number, Safelite could it would not input the correct number, even the insurance company was frustrated. When attempting to get the new insurance number, the person at the desk was talking to other people and ignoring numbers provided, often repeating several times. I highly doubt I will be returning.

They just break more stuff. No accountability or ownership of any kind either. Do not spend your money or your time dealing with your insurance agent here. Go somewhere else.

They showed up with a damaged glass and made me reschedule my appointment. I waited all afternoon without a call,text or email. I called the next day and the customer representative said they didn't even have a tech assigned. I got an email confirmation saying my appointment was for that date.

Very low quality windshield.They messed my paint up in the process of changing my windshield. Refused to pay for repairs. You will regret giving them your business!!

Booked an a 2 hour appointment online and then showed up and they wanted vehicle all day for a total of 9 hours. Not the slightest bit sorry for the inconvenience. Left without a windshield after a 45 min drive. Now back home to find a company that cares about customer service. Wouldn’t spend your hard earned money here.

Insurance paid to have my windshield replaced. This was their closest “authorized shop” they broke a plastic clip that holds the mirror on. Well they attempted to jerry rig it and today it popped off

I would use Safelite AutoGlass Mobile again simply because of Larry. I work as a pediatric home health nurse and had him scheduled to come to my location. The kiddo I care for loved watching the windshield be replaced. Larry interacted with him and my kiddo loved it. We was one of a kind. He was professional and completed the work promptly.

They canceled on me 3 times this week 6/21/24 here in Pueblo. Garbage company... In AZ they quoted me $275 for a windshield replacement only to arrive and want to change me $500. Will NEVER give them a chance again.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION DUE TO THE EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE Safelite replaced my windshield about 6 months ago I scheduled my appointment over the phone and the lady was nice and professional about a week later I noticed a defect in the window i called and they said that It would be covered under their warranty I let the small defect ride until I had a rock chip spidered on me about 3 months later.... I went in today and the guy working the counter was extremely rude to me basically told me that they can't warranty the defect that is nowhere near the crack or spider because it's been too long he never asked me for my name never asked me for my information how does he know that it has been too long didn't really seem like you wanted to work on my vehicle I would suggest going somewhere else like JDC AUTO GLASS right across the highway the guy behind the counter there is a very nice and scheduled me an appointment the very next day !!!!!!!I
