Ross is a fun place to shop and I appreciate that they let me pick up my Amazon locker order there. It’s the excuse I need to browse the store and I always find good deals that leave me happy.

Customer service all right not very friendly they never have smiles on their face when I go in there I'm a bigger woman they never have my size in anything everything's always too small or too big or I just I just go in there for the shoes shoes shoes are great but that's about it. They do need better customer service

The store is clean. The associates are friendly. The woman watching over the dressing rooms was very nice.
The choice of clothing, however, was pretty poor. Seemed like a bunch of the same things on all the racks. And not very cute.
