Made contact 3 times. Once they called me back and said I'd be added to the email list for homes I'm interested in and nothing. Gave up. Guess someone else will take the buyers agent commission. ?

Stephanie (property manager) is negligent and rude. Our unit was dirty when we moved in (previous tenants had left items behind and the house was dusty), heat went out (IN WINTER) and after two months of no resolution and several attempts to contact nothing was done. I have two small children, and we had to go stay in a hotel during the nights that were below zero because the property “manager” couldn’t be bothered to have a legitimate professional come replace our heaters. Previous downstairs neighbor had been fighting with the property manager about a bedbug problem in his house months before we moved in and it got the point he was sleeping in his vehicle outside, we weren’t notified when we moved in and it spread to our house. Then we were required to pay half of the extermination fee because of the negligence of the “manager.”When the office manager was notified of all this, still nothing was done. If you do one favor for yourself, don’t rent from these slumlords. You can definitely find somewhere better.

We worked with Tracy Bastian to purchase our new home. She was incredible! She was there for us every step of the way, worked hard to get our offer accepted when there were others on the table and there was a lot of back and forth, and was so supportive with us being first time buyers. We are so grateful to her!

Very disappointed, Even gave them a second chance. All I was hoping for is to be treated with dignity and respect.

I tried to give them a second chance:Please note that the good experience or outcome that I would of deemed being up to my expectations did not include being approved as a renter, I just wanted to be treated with in a professional way and with dignity and respect. In September 2022 I applied to rent a place managed by Rocky Mnt Reality and in the process payed for them to do a background check. I asked if it would be a problem that I do not have a credit history, in other words I've never had to barrow money; this kind of thing has come up for me before so I tried to head it off at the pass.I assured them when asked how much money I made last month, that although that particular months income was not exorbitant I will still definitely be able to pay rent and I offered to pay for a number of months upfront and to submit financial documents relieving any doubt as to my financial stability. I was not contacted again after that conversation. Then in April when looking for a rental again I decided to give Rocky Mnt Reality another chance, spoke with them on the phone and submitted the application online along with the money for the background check, again. That was on May first that I sent in the payment for the background check along with the application. I gave them a appropriate amount of time so even if they were extra busy they would have time to get back with me, but they didn't. Therefore on May 10th I called and spoke with them again and the following are the main points of the conversation. The employee claims Her boss told her that they didn't want to rent to me but did not bother to mention that I have payed for the background check to be done. She therefore didn't run a backroom check on me and could refund me the money. know I say why wasn't that already done! not only do they after deciding not to rent to me not contact me to let me know but also do not refund the money that was not used. Question did the money I gave them for the background check the first time get used for what it was supposed to be for or did they decide not to rent to me and not use the money on a background check and pocketed the money? Know this is interesting, when I asked why they said "you don't make enough money"She got very defensive and when I asked if her boss indicated there were any other reasons in deciding to not rent to me she got even more defensive. But let's take them at there word and assume they are telling the truth and consider this.them using the excuse you don't make enough money is not a wise thing to do when I offered to pay for the rent up front and show documents about my finances. I love to work and have a part time job in addition to financial securities for the satisfaction of working not cause I need the money. And keep in mind when in all probability I have more money in my account than the person who is reading this has ever seen at one time. But "you don't qualify cause you don't make enough money". "hay einstein we didn't give you a job here at Arby's cause you didn't talk until you were three years old, we don't want you! your not acceptable to us" I find them thinking I am not compatible with them as a compliment, whatever their reason. I gave them ample opportunity and they showed there true colors. They took my money and did not use it for the intended purpose and then kept the money and never were curious enough to get back to me.I only wish I would have had a review to alert me to this before and not have to go through this, but this is of no concern to rocky Mnt Reality as they have shown multiple times that they do not care about me. As of this date the money still has not been returned.Do you want to have as a landlord someone who doesn't care about you?I believe you, the reader, deserve a better landlord.

I have only had two contacts with then one while looking into a property and the other was to drop off something for a friend that rents through them. Both of which left a good impression in my mind, everyone I came in contact with was courteous and professional.

We recently decided to sell our extra home. We contracted with John Storm at Rocky Mountain Realty to be our sellers agent. He was very thorough and attentive to what we wanted and expected. The home was put on the market without any troubles. It was quickly toured and contracted. Highly recommend John Storm, he is very knowledgeable and did a great job making this process as flawless as possible.

In the process of getting my real estate license, Alex and the members of Rocky Mountain were able to provide me the educational support I needed to get through the courses. Every week I would go to class and have my questions answered. I would always leave class feeling more confident about real estate knowledge.

Although my rent immediately went up $75 a month, they have been responsive and unobtrusive. Quite satisfactory.
