My salesperson was Seth. My visit was great, Seth made me feel right at home immediately and took me right into scanning and measuring. He helped me understand the results of the scans and measurements and guided me thru selecting the right shoes. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My Redwing experience was pleasant and I took home shoes that fit right!!

Selection is very small. There's no women's section and they don't carry men's small sizes. Salesman was nice, but clueless about men vs women sizing.
