Called a few days prior to make appt to have a variety of recalls (F250) taken care. Told it would take half a day. Alrighty! Packed a bag with food and drinks.Arrived at 0657. The entrance to the store itself is blocked by vehicles, that was moved by an employee with a minute of arriving. (just know if you arrive early. Saw a truck pull in behind me then back out) Drove to the service dept.Pulled up to the Quick Lanes. Greeted by Nerick, who took vehicle info and escorted me inside to complete my appt process. One will be rescheduled - they have to order the part. No worries there. He apologized that one recall may take 1.5 hrs, but offered donuts, coffee, and a ride to go get food, if needed. Gave up the keys around 0730. Sat down and read an ebook, until Nerick came to get me around 0945. Vehicle was done.I was very pleasantly surprised. Nerick was extremely friendly and made sure I was made comfortable. He placed the part on order and I'll wait till it arrives to make another appt for that recall. Very happy with my experience.

I took my F150 in with a flat tire. They examined the tire and the other tires on my truck. They showed me that the side walls of all the tires had rips in them. They gave me a good price to replace the four tires and analignment. I also had the oil changed while i was there. Scott and the other men who worked on my truck were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed on how the work was going! I got all the work done on the same day I took it in!I bought the truck there in 2014 and have always received good service.Joe Massaro

We went down to the dealer last week for an oil change. This is our second time using them. The first time was great. This one was the opposite. We had an appoint for 12pm. Arrived at 11:50 and checked in. 1:30 came around and our vehicle still hadn't been pulled in. I walked the lot and saw it was still in line. We made an appointment because we didn't not have a lot of time. It seems as if we were just added to the back of the line. An appointment should be different than walk ins. We should be brought in within 30 minutes of our appointment. I went up to Service and asked for my keys as we had to leave and the advisor kinda of just mumbled a bunch to try and explain. I email the dealer in hopes of some response but have not heard anything still. As we were leaving, we checked their appointments and they showed available oil changes at 1:45. Hope nobody took that time because the would be luck you have there car back before 4pm.

I was asked to please remove myself from the premises of Alpine Ford today. I went in asking to have an extended warranty off my car note because it was never wanted but still added. THe GM came in and said she has done so much for me and that she would at least do that. I continued to ask about a 899.00 extra charge which again was said that we did not want but added anyway. Refused to even work on it. The only reason I found out we were being ripped off was because someone else was getting a car and it was nothing but issues with them. Anyway, my point is be careful with that dealership. They did this to so many people that have bought a car from them within the last year that they were open and are not even trying to inform people. So if you purchased a car look at your paperwork real well. That place will rip you off blind. They added almost an extra 9000.00 on our car note and it just makes me made that they have done this to others with no regrets. Mary Ann Medina

Spent 6 hours here, managers behaved like they were doing us a huge favor by charging NEW MSRP and a mere 1k vs 2k in EXTRA PDI FEES on a preorder we waited 7 months for. I asked about fees and add ons in September, but why stop making a mistake you can profit from? Just look up what PDI is and decide for yourself... It also came in WITHOUT 3 of the 4 options ordered hardly 'get exactly what you want and lock in your price'. They had someone test drive it in front of us, and kept going on about how much more they could sell it for if they wanted to, I guess they got their wish, and this review. If you must buy something here, I don't think the pepsi machine charges extra fees, yet.

*BUYER BEWARE*Don't purchase a vehicle from Alpine Ford in pueblo Colorado, they add lots of extra fees that other dealers don't purely for profit! They charge you for pdi(installing a license plate bracket) and transport/destination fees even though it's already included in the MSRP.If your trading in a used vehicle, they will charge you $1000-$2000 reconditioning even if nothing is wrong with it!All the ads they run say they don't charge over MSRP, but that couldn't be further from the truth, they have sold vehicles 25k+ over MSRP!!!This is an extremely scandalous dealership! They also don't fix the cars and try to say they do inspections! They cut corners anywhere they can to make a buck!On top of that I've seen 5+ customer cars get oil changed, but they forgot to put oil back in and blew the motor!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

First off - not sure why my review says I'm from California, I'm from Wyoming. About a 5 hr drive to the dealership from my house. 1. Purchased a 2018 Expedition from this dealership around November 7th. They were all super helpful and very nice up until I had purchased a vehicle and left the lot. On my way home to Wyoming (from purchasing) the transmission started throwing codes and refusing to shift. Needed a brand-new transmission and it only had 34k miles. I took the vehicle to Ken Graff Ford in Cheynne Wyoming, and they handled it for me without any assistance from the Alpine team. 2. Went to title the vehicle two months later and found out the title work had not been sent to the courthouse. I contacted Josh and Mark (Josh Sales Mark Financing) and let them know. Josh assured me that it was an honest error, and they were going to overnight me new temporary tags and the title work to the courthouse. The temporary tags showed up. 3. Skip forward another two months - I had to take another morning off work to go try to title my vehicle for the second time. (90-mile round trip). Went into the title office with confidence as I was positive that they would have handled the delivery of title work after 4 months like they promised. That was not the case. The employee in the title office called and was informed that Alpine wasn't even in possession of the title. I immediately texted Josh and asked where he sent the title work. He sent me my contact card then quit responding to my messages. My second set of temp tags have now expired and there is still no title. WHAT A JOKE OF A SALESMAN. 4. On top of everything - Josh was unprofessional when I initially informed him of the issue, he seemed to think it was funny and even included laughing emojis in the response text message to my issues. He promised to order two replacement parts that cover the mechanical/moving parts of the third-row seats when they fold down (makes a huge hole without them) as my primary reason for purchasing the vehicle was so my dogs would have more room (even have some signed Alpine paperwork promising that the parts were already ordered before I left the dealership). Still no package. They clearly knew my address as he was able to send me a new set of temporary tags ASAP. I am still waiting for a response from ANYONE at Alpine. In Summary:DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALPINE FORD. KEN GRAFF FORD WILL BE A BETTER OPTION IN THE LONG RUN.

I took our car in @ 7:00 for some recall work and was told it would be done by 10:30. The "automated update" system was never updated. I called about noon and no one knew why my car was in there. I try to stay local, but I am starting to see why people go to Colorado Springs.

Extremely disappointed with Alpine Ford as we had a verbal agreement on price for a used car and when we arrived at dealer, they upped the price by $4200. They are typical dishonest used car salesman. Went to Solon Nissan the same day where they treated us great, honored our verbal agreement and could not be happier. Solon has low key salespeople, not on commission, and they don't hound you like Alpine.

Avoid avoid avoid. Tried for two weeks to buy a truck from them, ZERO RESPONSE! Even after being forwarded to the "vip manager". What a joke. Originally took 30 mins for anyone to physically acknowledge us when there in person. Went for an oil change as well... total joke! Check-in kid was a rude pos. No clearly marked signs on where to park your vehicle for service. Didn't give me synthetic oil like I asked for. Recommend bs service that I just personally completed myself one week prior. Said I needed tires which is also bs. So much more to say, but phuc these people!
