Not to friendly or helpful. I call them up when my wife was released from Parkview hospital in May of 2023 not being able to walk anymore and I asked them if we would be able to stay there and weather conditions were and they said that my wife was too much of a liability. So, still to this day my wife and I are homeless trying to find a decent place to rent that we can afford on my one income.

A few years ago my husband and I tried staying here and we were told we couldn't stay because we smelled like weed... weed is legal in Colorado

They take advantage of people here. I was sick and throwing up from food poisoning, they refused to call medical after 6 hours of me throwing up, and then banned me for calling medical personal and filing a lawsuit. You're better off getting banned from this place and staying outside. Melanie will literally watch people be domestically abused and do nothing. In other words - Beware of someone who drives a corvette and runs a homeless shelter.

All the clients stink like ciggerets. And tbh they extort clients i had so many homeless at the busstation tell me horror stories would rather face fines camping than to be taken advantage of.

The public and the churches need to support this much needed amenity in our community. Currently the leader ship and staff at this facility are really excellent and very smart on how to handle the homeless population. I really wish more homeless would utilize this great facility in lieu of staying in flimsy tents in the heat or the cold!

Made me wait outside in the cold for 30 minutes just to give me 30 seconds worth of info that could have been given to me when I had first arrived. Then they assume I have an attiude for pointing out two conflicting statements and asking for clarity. Thanks a lot!!!
