Attempted using premier as a mortgage lender but around every turn the lender Diane wasn't entirely open and seemed defeated telling us that she was 'ok if we went somewhere else' or that she understood if we had to 'scrap the deal.' About a week and a half before closing they informed my cosigner he'd have to take his name off of two credit cards for two days to see what his score would change to. He wasn't able to do that so she said they could no longer help us. We went with Advantage mortgage who was able to get us our loan under a week and we were able to keep our closing date. I've never worked with such unprofessionalism, just dropping the ball on us with such short notice with only a 'sorry I can't help you' and leaving it at that. Talking to two other lenders and hearing they've never heard of such a thing as to have to remove your name from a credit card, credit takes 30 days to show any changes- just the hypocrisy of what we were told was astounding, confusing and ludicrous. It was to the level of using rocket mortgage. I'm glad we went with a more professional lender who wanted our business- especially one who got the job done in under a week.

I recommend Premiere Mortgage Services. Carrie and Diane are great. They responded immediately to questions and provided frequent updates. They are professional and friendly and made it feel like they we eager for us to join them in the Pueblo community.

Carrie and Diane were amazing to work with through our home buying process. And boy was it ever convoluted! The first house fell through because of liens on the builder and other problems, but they stuck with us, and with their patience and tenacity, we are in our dream home. We couldn’t have done it without them and Premier Mortgage! Five Stars +++++ all the way!

Diane Roh is hands down the best of the best! I've never had someone during the house buying process who cared so much! She went out of her way time and time again, kept me on track, helped in so many ways and is very thoughtful and professional. She makes a very complicated process feel like a walk in the park! I can't say enough about our very positive experience with Diane Roh and Premier Mortgage !We had been watching the Denver area real estate market for several months. As funds became available for a down payment on a townhouse we began to wonder who to choose for a mortgage underwriter. Should we stay local in Pueblo or go with a Denver firm. Since this would be a long distance purchase who could service us better? I am really glad we crossed paths with Diane.We closed on a two bedroom townhouse last week in Denver. Throughout the whole process Diane was right there with us from the loan application all the way through loan underwriting and closing prep. Diane produced loan scenarios for every request at different down payments for different properties with out hesitation. She answered every question we came up with quickly and accurately . She was always available...even after hours !Diane kept us on track to close on time and without a hitch. You know what they say...Go with a PRO! We know we did!
