“This is a true five star pet shop! The staff enjoys what they do and are extremely knowledgeable. They have just about anything you need for small animals. I wish I lived closer but I'm not walking so I will be driving to such a wonderful place much more often!”

They have also been able to look up receipts when I needed with my number.”
“My husband and I come here frequently to get stuff for ourselves on our land improvements. I'm taking a star simply because I felt like there was no customer service in the store, and what customer service I got was avoidance and then an attitude. My intentions was to buy something and because of the attitude I was just like forget it, especially after attempting to get someone from the back to come out and actually help me knowing I could hear them back there but the minute I put my head back there asking for help all things went silent. And then when someone approaches me and I say I'm looking for this... I'm told not to yell at them, and I wasn't even yelling, although I admit I was kind of raising my voice earlier to find someone, but when he approached, I did not yell at him. The funny thing was I was glad to finally have someone, and then I got the immediate attitude from him, and that turned me off quickly, considering I was struggling to find the item. Cashier didn't look thrilled to be there and appeared to be struggling to count cash received from the customer ahead of us.”
