The posted hours said they were open until 9: 00pm. The doors were locked at 8:55. Maybe they should change their posted hours. I wasted 5 minutes coming over here when I could have went somewhere else to get the part I needed.

Wow, just wow. Called 3 auto parts stores in Pueblo for a new battery. This the only store that would help me with the installation. Jay, one of the women that worked in the store is an absolute ROCK STAR!!!! She helped me (67 yr old women) and went above and beyond. It's too bad customer service is a thing of the past but certainly not here. Thank you so much Jay.
