Had a great visit this afternoon, I came in to replace a bulb for my break lights and the cashier was nice enough to install it even though they don't really do that kinda of stuff, but less than 15 mins I was ready to go. Appreciate them for doing so and would recommend going there if you are not that knowledgeable about automotive.

I had a battery that was almost out of warranty they took care of it and gave me a new one. Just watch the homeless people trying to get you as you walk in and out keep an eye on your surroundings

Always hear a hello when I visit them. Someone helps me locate what I need and great advice on the unknown extras that sometimes I forget about. Like gasket lube or filters etc.

This review is for store 2717 at 3066 West Northern Avenue in Pueblo, Colorado. I'd rented a truck and discovered some 70 miles from the rental place that the truck was missing three lug nuts in both the front and rear driver side wheels. The rental company was overwhelmed in trying to solve the problem, so I arranged to go to the nearest auto parts store, buy the lug nuts, and be reimbursed by the rental company. My sister did a quick google search and ended up calling O'Reilly store 2717. The person who talked to her was friendly, professional, and helpful. We ended up at that store, where I was greeted by David. David made absolutely sure that we had everything we needed to get back on the road safely. As with the person we talked to on the phone, he was also friendly, professional, and very helpful. Also, every employee that we encountered in store 2717 treated us like we were the most important people of the day. I highly recommend store 2717 to anyone needing automotive parts and basic service.

I went in due to having a flat tire and was gonna purchase a plug and see if they had an air pump or compressor I could use. I stood in front of the counter for about 30 minutes while one employee was helping another customer. While waiting, an employee who was stalking shelves kept walking back and forth to the counter, and I asked for help he looked at me and continued working, looked at me plenty of times actually. Then I look up and see someone (another employee) standing in the back between the shelves just staring at me. 30 mins with no help. And being looked at like a idiot. So, instead of being a Karen, I just left and luckily made it somewhere they actually wanted to help me. And got my tire fixed and made it home all the way to Colorado Springs safely. No thanks to this O'Reilly's.
