Sorry for whoever I yelled that works there. I thought you were the classic tow truck driver, that just cut us all off and then honked at us like it was our fault as he was backing into your business. I’d advise them to not stir up things in front of y’all’s business if you do constant business with them. Again, sorry to the guy with the beard! I’ll highly recommend you… however classic towing.. not so much.

I took my 2013 Honda CRV in and described the problem to both a mechanic and the owner and let them know what I was able to narrow it down to. They assured me they would look into it but ended up replacing other parts not once but twice on a separate visit. I ended up taking it to the Honda dealership and after they ran the diagnostic it was exactly what I had told T's . So after dropping almost $500 at Ts I had pay more than that for the actual problem to get fixed. T's is good for small maintenance jobs but other that if you need something dealer specific then it's best to go that route

I went in because my car was driving weird. I was certain my car needed front end work. T took it for a drive and took it in the garage. He determined I needed new tires. He sent me to Colorado tire.

Granted, he fixed my radiator with no problem, but he stepped over the line when he told me that my water pump is going out. That was 6 months ago. I haven't repaired it, and I just had it checked: my water pump is just fine. I don't appreciate him trying to swindle me just because I'm a woman.
