“I give this location five stars only because Nicole is the best customer service rep I have ever encountered!!!! She goes above and beyond to give the best customer satisfaction however the only problem I had was with a manager I believe names James who did not explain to me that a credit would take a billing cycle to post so therefore my card was still debited the amount that I was being credited and on top of that when I called to address the issue he told me he would get back to me after he spoke with a district manager and of course he never called me!”

“This AT&T experience was the best I've had yet! I had my entire family with me including the kiddos and everyone was welcome. I've been with AT&T for over a decade and was getting a little disappointed with the raise in cost, but Javier explained all my options and was quick to make sure I got the discounts I deserve! He was very personable, as was the Assistant Manager, Laura. We left more knowledgeable about our devices and 100% satisfied with the customer service! 10/10!”

“Natasha was great. Friendly and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions about upgrading 2 phones. Unfortunately there was a problem with something called omni when she rang up my bill. Verizon customer service was less than stellar trying to resolve the issue or work around it, with 2 hang ups. I'll be taking that up with verizon shortly. Kudos ? to Natasha!”

“The Guy at this Cricket store was phenomenal, he set up my phone the way it needed to be set up. It is a replacement phone. I needed the stuff transferred from my old one to my new one. Took him about 2 minutes to do it. I spent two days, over an hour each day, at the Cricket on highway 50. The girl was the only one there she didn't actually know what she was doing, and she was trying to help everybody at the same time, it just didn't work. If you need your phone set up I recommend the Cricket store on 4th and Abriendo.”

“Destiny and her co-worker whom I apologize for not remembering her name but... Destiny for sure went out of her way to to help me get my phone situation figured out when customer service online nor customer service chats nor any other place I called could or would even try to help me because it was going to be too difficult.
Destiny made it happen and spent alot of time, energy and effort to help me (and my new puppy) to get a new phone and my service back working. I've had my phone number 20 years. Everyone else at MetroPCS didn't care. Destiny is awesome and if not for her I would have probably switched carriers. I had to make sure to mention her efforts where acknowledged. Thank you. You deserve a raise ?.”

“I had no intention of buying anything as I aimlessly walked the Walmart aisles waiting for my car tire to be replaced from an unfortunate event that happened hundreds of miles away in Rotan, NM the day before. It was a blessing in disguise that the Electronics associate, Mr. Filbert, was attentive and took the initiative to ask if I needed any help. Our conversation progressed to lighthearted speak of both our prior military experience. I realized afterwards how much his attentiveness & kindness through conversation impacted me that day and I'm sure influenced me to continue my drive to my destination (driving time alone, one way was 19+hours) in a much better frame of mind. I even ended up buying a great deal ($15) of a phone case (much better quality and price than the one I had my eye on browsing online) so it was a win-win that day for everyone! Thank you, Mr. Filbert and I hope the Dillon Walmart management will recognize your great customer service.”
