Highly recommended store .. we dealt with Ashley ... She is extremely friendly ... very knowledgeable .. and truly knows the meaning of customer service and she went above and beyond to assist us with our phones.

Availability of phones at any locations is hit & miss. Their staff is always helpful & ready to assist when an issue arises. I would definitely recommend this location and the one on 29th St., not the one on Northern Ave. That location has got the rudest female employee!

Manager was talking down to me as if i was an irresponsible child. I confronted her for her attitude and she told me i was the one with the attitude. I took my money and left. The store on northern and Belmont is where i ended up, i do recommend the northern location, skip the drama and go there instead.

If I could give no stars I would do to the most unsatisfying and I'm professional worst experience I've ever had in my entire life at any phone store this store first off overcharged me by almost $100 and then they told me that the second number that I took to Port wasn't able to be ported and said that was the end of it and I ended up going to the other Metro by T-Mobile on the north side and I found out that the second number that I was trying to put was able to be ported and they had stole the new phone that I would have received for the port they stole my number they messed up my port and I was going to have to pay an extra $70 on top of my bill that I had just paid the day prior I would highly recommend not going to this Metro by T-Mobile it is a franchise and by far the worst people I've ever encountered and honestly if it wasn't for for the other Metro I would have never found out and I would have been overcharged my phone number would have been stolen without my knowledge because as of now my number still is stolen I have no access to it I can't get it back and the new phone that I would have gotten I can't get because they got like I said would highly recommend not going to this place unless you like to overpay and like to be scammed out of either your phone or your kids' phone or whoever else is going to get

Have been with this company for 8 yrs.went in to get some help as our phones weren't up to par lately.girl on her phone didn't seem interested in helping us.basically told us we would be better off going somewhere else so we did and no longer have an account with metro.2nd time these people at this store have been downright rude

I usually love this location, untill today. Been waiting in my car for about 45 minutes, due to their sign saying they will be right back in 10 minutes?!? Wish I was able to just leave my job for over an hour just to do it.
