The manage here was amazing helped me sort out my Esim issue and set up a new tablet for me was by far the best experience I have had in a metro store in a long time. Thank you Donavin you were amazing and I will be coming back for more stuff from you guys in the future.

Had an amazing experience. Erica and Donovan helped me and my husband with paying our bill. They were about to close and stood open just to help us out. We were thinking about switching phone companies and just because of their help we decided to stay! Thank you again Erica and Donovan for your guys help!

Since end of May early June I've been having issues getting a replacement phone. I had insurance however Assurant kept sending me downgraded phone from what I currently had. Donovan at the Northern store has been a GOD send! He has been available each time I've needed assistance. Finally today I think we may have gotten everything settled. He has excellent customer service skills and an amazing attitude. I truly appreciate all his help. I've been a metro customer since 2016 and this was the 1st time I've had any real issues. Donovan was able to take care of the issues each time. Thank you Donovan for all you do!

Went into this metro store and upgraded phone. However the worker wanted me to start service with tmobile after 9 years of being a loyal customer with metro they wanted me to move to tmobile since I'm not valued and I'm forced to switch I'll take my service to cricket.

They tell u that u get a free phone but by the time you leave there your spending over 150 bucks. So no it's not free. I've been with metro for almost 20 years and I realized i don't get any kind of discount or anything. I did get a phone for 45 bucks in the mail though

this one useto be so awesome but the usual friendly girls are gone, they have a new management there who knows absolutely nothing. i would not recommend this one at all i left and went to the one on pueblo blvd which will be my new location. don't waste your time with them
