They tell u that u get a free phone but by the time you leave there your spending over 150 bucks. So no it's not free. I've been with metro for almost 20 years and I realized i don't get any kind of discount or anything. I did get a phone for 45 bucks in the mail though

this one useto be so awesome but the usual friendly girls are gone, they have a new management there who knows absolutely nothing. i would not recommend this one at all i left and went to the one on pueblo blvd which will be my new location. don't waste your time with them

Metro needs to stop partnering with t mobile and sprint. I had no problems with service or anything else until they partnered with them. They don't have any phones. It was very limited and couldn't even buy the phone I wanted. How you going to be a phone store and not have a stock on phones. The owner said they want to help but don't. I spent $400 on a phone cause that's all you had and wanted a $80 phone.
