“I got a gift card for this place for Christmas in which I used to purchase a new pair of boots. After about 3 months, the heel ripped off the right boot. Which I must admit that was pretty freaking quick, work boots usually last me 3-5 years. It's probably just a one-off fluke.
Anyway, I lost the receipt, so I went in there hoping they would be able to look it up by phone number. It was my first time in Cavender's, and I guess I didn't expect to be back for a good while, so I didn't put in my phone #.
However, they were able to find the transaction in their system by combination of it being a gift card purchase and the boot brand/style to find my transaction and traded me out for a new pair. Top notch customer service. Had I gone anywhere else, I'm sure I would have had to eat the loss due to not having my receipt.”

“Mr Penguins suit and tuxedo rental place is a very good place in Pueblo to rent or buy a suit from, I came there just a couple days before prom and the ladies there were able to get me a suit that fit perfectly with perfectly matching colors for my prom date and the customer service was overall very helpful and very friendly and I’d definitely recommend them if you need a suit or tuxedo.”
