Bought a new fountain to bring a water feature out front. Absolutely fantastic purchase.
Recent purchases include snow blower, rototiller, Honda mower and lots of plants. The kids working the garden center have gone out of their way now that I'm old and broken. Desiree and Vito helped move a pallet of bark to my van and load it.
I have bought all my appliances. A high end refrigerator, washer and dryer set. Lowes seems to be our go to place for just about everything for our home.
We have so many memorable times with Lowes staff, it's hard to remember them all.

A big Shout out to Don and his Team at the lumber yard! This employees are the reason why I love to do business with this location on highway 50 in Pueblo. Everyone there is just most helpful in anyway! Don did something I will never forget. He saved me a lots of money in a time I needed the most!

We would like to see a first responder discount, just like you honor the military veterans with everyday. All faithfully serve the community equally and with equal sacrifice to their families. You should really consider this. It wont take anything more than a single decision by a true leader in your organization and a little software reprogramming. Thank you!
Update 6/1/24: Garden Center just now. Approached check out and said good morning. No response from cashier. Started ringing up items and asked if I was military. Told her no and asked her about a first responder discount. She chuckled and answered "Uh, no." Utterly disrespectful. What stinks is the general indifference or disrespectful attitude by clerks towards first responders while bending over backwards for military. Stinks that this the only real home store close to our home/business.

The fittings on the hose to my 20 year old air compressor came totally apart and I had no clue what to do about it. I was considering buying a new compressor and went to Lowes hardware where Dave figured out the problem, showed me what parts I needed and showed me how to install the hose safely. His help was invaluable. An absolutely first rate employee.

Horrible customer service. Their staff is unbelievably lazy and condescending. They give Lowes a bad name. Touching dogs without asking for permission. Taking over 20 minutes to assist customers for basic requests. Then when you speak to a manager they just defend their “new” associates. Just go across the street and support Home Depot.

Well...
I love the store, it's product, and most days...
I love the price!
Me and my wife visit about once a week, sometimes more.
However, we must have thief written all over us.
I love my town, I love the home- grown, and all it's many sides.
And well I don't knock anyone's hustle...
Or habits.
But, we don't steal. We got young kids we try to influence. And taking from others, or touching that which does not belong to us.
Is NOT our style!!

I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at this store over the last year and tried to return a $20 item without a receipt today. I spent a half an hour and so did the representatives here trying to find this transaction. They have a steadfast policy no returns without a receipt or the card. Well my card got lost and was replaced with a different card so I don't have that number. They give their managers no leeway to make any decisions for themselves. On top of that the managers say that upper management doesn't listen to what they say. Lowe's, get your act together. I know theft is a problem but your managers should have the ability to make small decisions by themselves! Those people making big salaries have no idea what good customer service looks like.
