The help in the store was great. But the people who delivered my washer. Hooked it up. Then just left it in the hall way. Did not put it where in needed to go. Told me it was my problem. Will not have a thing delivered by Lowes ever again. And I paid for the service. The delivery people should be very Ashamed of themselves.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Justin at the Northside Lowe's. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products we were looking for and made sure we got exactly what we needed. The delivery was super quick, which was a great bonus. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my visit and the excellent service provided by Justin. Highly recommend!

It was easy everything was posted and labeled and directions were simple and very easy to follow the staff was nice and courteous they didn't get impatient with me because I'm a.d.h.d dyslexic and they were nice and courteous

Went in for a new washer & dryer; less than 24 hours later I was up and running doing laundry! Brent in Appliances was amazing and so helpful, and the installation guys were friendly and efficient. Communication throughout the whole process was awesome. Thank you Lowes team!

If I could give a 0 I would. We ordered 4 appliances. STOVE: The stove went in just fine and as planned. DISHWASHER: The dishwasher installation was a nightmare. The installers (CRST) called and said that we did not "order" the parts when we placed our order in store, therefore they could not install. Instead of ringing our doorbell and speaking to someone inside the house, they took it upon themselves to walk into our garage and leave the dishwasher there without permission or making contact with anyone inside the house. CRST now Lowes made any apologies for what happened, but Lowes did tell me that the part was on the order so they don't know what I was talking about. MICROWAVE: The gentlemen in the store "forgot" to add the instal to our order so now we have to have it delivered and then call to schedule an appt to have CRST install when they can. FRIDGE: Scheduled to be installed on the 8th, but has now been pushed to the 15th. When I called to ask why, they just said it had to be moved to a new date and that the date we chose for instal in the store was "subject to change". We were under the impression that they date that we picked for delivery was the date that it would be delivered and installed. Again, no apologies or understanding the frustration.
We will most definitely be going back to Best Buy for our purchases in the future.
