Looks like I am going against the grain with my five-star rating. In reality, it applies to two employees of the Lowe's on route 50. First, is the manager Gerry, who went above and beyond in finding the appropriate wood products that I needed for a major project. My thanks to Gerry. Second, is the delivery driver Shannon, who painstakingly placed the lumber and other wood products in a tight situation to make it much, much easier for me to access. I wish all home improvement stores had folks like Gerry and Shannon!

Do NOT buy appliances from Lowes! We were recently denied our Rebate from LG appliances. We followed the application process that routed this application through Lowes. The only feedback we received was that the appliances we purchased do not qualify for the rebate. Here are the facts: My wife and I went together and purchased five LG appliances at Lowes store 2742 (south pueblo) on 8-29-23, Transaction number 321893771 costing approximately 2000.00 dollars. We prioritized the purchase of LG appliances based on the rebate from LG through Lowe's. We were guided in making this purchase by a Lowes Associate) and purchased appliances that would count for the rebate. We were given the rebate form and guided in how to submit. We submitted for the rebate and just a few days ago received a notice that our rebate was rejected because we didn't have a sufficient number of qualifying items. On Sept 28 I went to the Lowes store for an explanation. I was told by the associate's supervisor that he must have made a mistake, and she was sorry and there is nothing she could do. Sorry? We have contacted Lowes customer CARE and there response was that the appliances didn't qualify. They said nothing about the guidance we received in the original purchase.Be aware as well that appliances cannot be returned after 48 hours. When we found that the rebate did not qualify we wanted to return the items. No can do!

Folks, lowes has a "new" system for returns. Based on recent experience I recommend you keep your receipt for everything, take it home and photocopy it (thermal paper will degrade over time, with heat and with moisture). Then get a 3 ring binder and organize it. If your return is within 90 days with a receipt - you have a good shot at getting store credit. Without a receipt - forget it! Customer Service more like customer disservice. I only wanted to exchange a garden hose I bought in May 2023 but thats too complicated for you. Was it worth it Lowes? Was it worth losing a customer forever? Have their app or on their website? You should call and verify they have your item in stock - there's a good chance they don't. A 10 minute phone call will save you $$$ in fuel! Not a big fan of Home Depot but here I come.

My lawn mower was stolen out of my yard yesterday and my yard really needed to be mowed. I bought another one online and picked it up Sunday morning from the store on Hwy. 50 in Pueblo CO. I put it together and I couldn't get it to start. The Customer Service desk was so helpful and dealt with my frustrated state very well. The guys that came out and helped me get it started were very helpful too. I did not have to stand around for hours waiting on help, everybody that was involved got right on the problem very quickly. Thank you to the Customer Service Desk and the clerks that came and helped with my problem.

What a garbage Lowe's. I called to ask for an oval to circle adapter for the dryer's hose and the person in appliance had no idea what I was referring to. She told me to bring in a picture and find it on my own. Great customer service

Always helpful, wonderful selection, and knowledgeable people. We visit often and are so glad to have 2 Lowe's in our area. Whether our project is large or small, Lowe's people and selection are the best!

They would not acknowledge my military identification as a valid ID, I have spend 10 plus years remodeling all my houses using Lowes but after tonight I won't be using them anymore. Military Ids are a form of federal identification so there was no reason for them to turn me away. Won't give them my business anymore. They need to train their staff and managers because they apparently don't know anything.
