Absolutely horrible customer service!! When confronted about an incorrect price on a posted sale item, the ghetto employee behind the counter starts acting thuggy and gives a disgusting attitude. Refuses to honor the sale price posted right on the shelf, refuses to provide contact information for management. This is a pattern of behavior at not only this location, but city wide. Trust and believe, I will contact your manager and escalate the issue as high up the chain as I need to. I'm absolutely on a mission at this point. I'm over the widespread disrespect and attitude from these thuggy punks.

Avoid this hole! Incompetent workers. Just left there without buying gas because of the non-intelligent guy and girl working there. They had no clue how to get the pump to take payment. Too lazy to assist? And outside there were multiple beggers bothering customers to get money. Krogers rewards do not work at this location! Worst of the worst stores. Didn’t feel safe either.

Pumps won't scan King Soopers loyalty cards and want a vehicle ID I've never heard of, no way to clean windshield with every single squeegee bucket long since dry (very regular occurrence at almost every load n jug I stop at). Stores went downhill quickly after Kroger sold them off and have stayed pretty consistently bad ever since. Going to start going elsewhere.

Went in with a 50 needed 30 in gas got told they only have a $100 in the drawer and couldnt break it .. ran out of gas trying to get to another gas station . Fat broad behind the counter didnt even try to do a safe drop .... which they should be doing company policy was they needed 65 in drawer to start a shift all in small bills .. there shouldnt be a 100 if they jist opened the door .. she was co.pletely rude and dismissive about the issue .. wouldnt even attempt to help ... so if u can go somewhete anywhere else but here . Done going to loaf n jug for anythi g after this . Worst customer service ive personally experienced in years ..

Only put gas and my debit card was skimmed about 8 months ago. Would avoid this place if you can not pay cash.

It was nice, with friendly people. Only thing I don't like is all the homeless people coming up to you when your pumping gas, asking for money. They aren't really very nice most of the time.

Stood at checkout for several minutes while one cashier was was outside and another was trying to look busy, very poor customer service as they often let lines form before they start to do the service job they are paid to do. Come to window for night service & often nobody will answer.

I don't understand why they deny people water when they come in with a water bottle I purchased there. They say it has to be a wide mouth cup. I have never heard of anybody turning someone else down for water because it doesn't have a wide mouth. My bottles mouth is 2". That's just wrong! This is the second time I've been there and had a really bad experience. I'll be going to Circle K down the road from now on.
