I refuse to go back even for gas. The roller machine had a hot dog with a dead fly stuck to it. The employees were talking crap about a customer in the middle of the store. I got a cream cookie for my kid, and I noticed it had mold after buying it and noticed it was expired. They said I could trade it out, but they all were expired and had mold. They all expired 6/15 so that is 12 days over due. So I know looking at this its not just the two employees. She didn't even do a full refund. Just handed me the cash. I guess it's her drawer getting messed up, not mine. The girl stocking the cold food seemed more into listening to her music and dancing than working. The one behind the counter seemed more involved with her phone. Look, I don't like to complain, and yes, let the employees be on their phone if they want and listen to music as long as the work gets done. But looking at these two employees, they don't care. The work is not getting done. I was beyond grossed out.

The employee on the morning shift at 9:30 am on June 1st were rude disrespectful to me and talking bad about me and told me that they can't take my service and they called me a bad name and told me to leave I would not go here because if you are not there two employees friends they will make you pay but you have to be there friend and you don't have to pay for a drink or anything

Service was good the cashiers were very polite the only problem was they didn't have any change you had to use the charge card or a debit card inconvenient

I used to go there every morning before work. I didn't know they lock the bathrooms until 6am. It was 5:25 AM and I had to go to the bathroom really bad. I ask the clerk if he could unlock it because I really needed to go to the bathroom and he politely refused. I ask nicely again stating it was an emergency and he said he couldn't or he would get in trouble. I don't blame him I blame management. If a customer is having an emergency the clerks should be able to unlock the bathroom 30 minutes early without worrying about getting in trouble. Anyway I'll never be back to that loaf n jug again. I'll stop at an earlier gas station from now on.

It’s 7:24 pm and they are closed no sign on why. Didn’t know they closed so early with workers walking around in the store and one was outside smoking.

My husband stopped at this location on his way home from work to pick up a couple of things. I had asked him to pick me up either a slushy or a fountain drink. I wanted something cold with ice. The slushy machine is down and has been for quite some time. Most of the fountain drinks are down as well. It seems like this store is falling apart and no one seems to have any plans on fixing it.

Rude customer service refused to sell me nicotine products just because my friend walked in with me? How dare you assume I'm buying for my friend. Not only that but I've had buddies of mine standing right next to me as I've bought nicotine products for myself and not once have they ever done that. Screw this gas station!

ZERO stars!!!! Worst loaf n jug I've ever been to... Staff are rude and cocky, and very unprofessional... I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect as a customer! How disgusting!

Been here several times. Always has spilt gas on the ground and I've never gotten a receipt at the pump. Paper is always out.Ya have to hunt around to find paper towels to check your oil. I only stop here if I'm in a hurry and can't make it to a better, customer orientated, service station.

Come here every weekend for past 2 months in morning.. Never have coffee made old ot fresh. I would of taken a picture but waste of time too.. Inconvenience
