So, it's 11 in the morning today and we pull up because we're paying customers always had a good attitude with them . Get told by the head manager (Arlene) in charge of the store and her employee while laughing that there on there "lunch break" can want us to come back in 40 minutes. That was bad customer service and disrespectful. It was a pack of camel 99's and they were fully aware that's all I needed. They are right by the register. So lazy or just really didn't care about paying customers or getting business

I witnessed a cashier today, Wed. April 12th at about 1:30 named Arlene , obviously having a bad day, being irate & rude to everyone she dealt with, denying a man in front of me in line, that it was illegal for her to accept his ID on the phone, then when the gentleman showed his actual ID she got so mad she threw what he bought at him & told him not to come back that she would refuse him, & she can refuse anyone that she wants....it was very upsetting to see a worker reacting so poorly to the public, in the public.What I witnessed is that she was very unprofessional & should be reviewed over her conduct & poor customer service skills. I called the store to make a complaint. The worker I witnessed being rude ,ended up being the manager on the phone with me, & she then began to yell at me on the phone, she wanted me to give her my phone number & address, than, when I refused,she hung up who, in turn refused to give me any supervisor name or number but wanted my info!! Obviously I was uncomfortable with leaving my number with someone that I witnessed could not control herself with the customers. So I made this review instead✌?Hopefully,something can be done positively about this situation

I have been going here for over 5 years now. I don't know why I keep doing it(convenience most likely). I'm always treated poorly specifically made fun of. I have always been really nice to them but this proves that no matter how old you are...some people never grow up! This morning, after 5+ years, I finally gave the two women making fun of me a "Grow up why don't cha" stare as they were making fun of me ONCE again! I will continue to be nice but I'm through with allowing people to treat me this way!

They lost my drivers license within 15 seconds of having it in their hand and then had the audacity to act all nonchalant like I was just gonna say “oh that’s ok, have a good night!” Then the dude with glasses was trying to gaslight me into saying that she gave it back saying things like “are you sure she didn’t give it back to you” and “we’ll just check the cameras!” WTH!! Then the manager calls my phone today and says they found my ID that “they forgot to give back to me” which is a really funny way of saying lost!! I can promise this, if my identity becomes stolen I know exactly who I will be holding accountable and that is this loaf n jug!

The hours say open until 11. I got there probably right at 10 sat there until 10:10 while they helped or rather ignored the guy in front of me and did stuff inside. Than at 10 after 10, they came out and said they were closed they close at 10.

It was Sunday night at 10:20pm and I looked on Loaf n Jugs google search and found the hours open until 11Pm. Walked my dog 7 blocks to find the place closed. No where else to go back home. 1 Star Rating on closing early. Not happy! However, the positive was I still got in a great walk with my Labrador dog! Sincerely, Chad
