Representative did not give me the right instructions. He was be drinking his coke and listening to other workers conversations he gave me the wrong instructions. This person is large tall man do nit go to this company

If you need a CPAP machine & its consumable parts Lincare is not where you should go. Customer service is not a language spoken there. For supplies Lincare subs that out to a company, mostly off shore Asia & they are ill trained, hard to understand, masquerading as Lincare & identifying as "your CPAP supplier". Medicare has a very liberal chart that shows how long between purchases of each CPAP part. So when you start out "my CPAP supplier" calls you, based on that usage chart & says "we have your order". "What order, I did not order anything and do not need anything". To prove to Medicare that they are filling a valid order they have 4 questions to prove you need the order, & "I don't need the part" is not one of the answers. To my mind ordering parts you do not need is simply Medicare Fraud on my part. That is when they get prissy & promise you won't get the part unless you answer one of the 4 questions. Eventually they hang up on you. Then at each possible purchase date they call again. Once they give up on you it is almost impossible to order the part you actually need. Especially if you refuse to talk to off shore ill trained people. I have been lied to by the very few US people who accidently answered the phone. If you try to get in touch, not necessarily an easy task, with the local Lincare people, they promise to look into what you want & call back. We are still waiting for at least 3 of those calls. My pulmonary doctor chose them. Please ask you doctor to choose another vendor. In order to save my sanity I have been ordering my supplies from Amazon & paying for them myself. I know what I need & I know I will get them. One day cost will be a factor & I will shut my machine off. One star is one star too many.

I have had a Lincare representative (I believe his name was Mike. Forgive me if the name is wrong ??.) come out to my home twice to deliver 2 different devices. He was vey courteous, knowledgeable and made sure I understood how each device worked properly.I would DEFINITELY refer Lincare to family and friends!Thank you Lincare ?

I've had some good experiences and some bad one's, so I'll have to go half way with rating 2+1/2 - 3 stars. Dan was nice + helpful with my oxygen.

I have gotten the best help, quality efficient care ever imagined. Mike the gentleman that bring my tanks to me is the best. He does anything that you ask of him and he's very professional. I would rather you a 10 if I could. Thanks for your help and care. Mary Simonich ?

embarrassing! employees more concerned about themselves then 85 year olds desperate for oxygen, Charles was one of the worst customer service agents I’ve ever met in my entire life and I will be calling the corporate office. Will update when resolved
