I came to my appointment on saturday oct. 14th in the early morning. The lady told me they don’t typically have the maternity 21 tests at their location, even though i was sent there for that test specifically. I told her i really needed it done so she said she would “check again” and “found” the test kit seconds later. It was obvious she didn’t want to be bothered doing it and didn’t want to be there, and neither did i but was desperate for the test. Im disappointed in the treatment i was given by this specific person at this test facility. There should be some level of professionalism.

Had a very bad experience at this facility. Showed up early for an appointment that I scheduled 3 days ago. Got checked in early and was told my paperwork was nowhere to be found. I had to provide them with receipts and emails showing that I already paid for this procedure out of pocket and had an appointment scheduled for this day. After sitting there for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment I was finally invited back for the procedure. Once the procedure was finished I asked if there was any paperwork or documentation that I could get about the procedure or stating that I was there for the procedure that day. I was told they do not give any copies or any documentation of any kind like what I've requested. Given the fact that this is a medical procedure that I paid hundreds of dollars for out of pocket to have done I saw no reason I shouldn't have any documentation or records of this procedure. Upon telling her this she became very rude and condescending and told me to call their DNA department and see if they could provide me with any records. Call the DNA department gave them my information and was told that I would have copies and records in the mail soon. I don't understand why there is such a miscommunication with paperwork and such an attitude when it comes to helping people in the office. It seems calling the customer service 1-800 number is the only way to get prompt and polite service. I highly recommend to anyone needing lab work in the future to use a different facility before even considering this one.

The phlebotomists here are pretty good. I’m complaining about the incorrect hours on the website. Hours are 7a-3p, not 8-5.

It’s sad that a quick post to update your hours did not occur. With current gas prices, we should all try to help each other to prevent unproductive travel.

Roberta alarcon and Rachel muñoz they have always been very kind and efficient doing their job by choice I always go to this labcorp office because of them.They are very good employees they have always treated me and my family with courtesy and even though sometimes they are very busy they always make you feel welcome.

The Madame behind the counter, was a bit rude and dismissive upon the check in process, made things far more complicated than necessary.

I do not understand why, in the middle of a pandemic, I cannot just email my doctors orders to these people. Not everyone has a printer or the means to use one since many libraries aren't even open right now. Instead of telling me why that isnt possible, the rep said to have my doctors office fax it to them...FAXING. That is the most archaic solution I've ever heard, not to mention massively unreliable. My frustration lies in the way of no one is helpful, but it isnt as though I have a choice. I have to get my sons bloodwork done. But screw me for not having a paper copy of my orders, right?UPDATE: My husband took my boys in because I was still upset that they wouldn't accept the lab orders electronically. They blew my 13 yo Type 1 diabetics vein! Isnt drawing blood the only thing they do??She tried to stick him in the same arm TWICE and then mislabeled his bloodwork with his brothers name!! And they charged us 95$ even though we provided 2 types of insurance. AVOID THESE PEOPLE.. truly an awful experience. I wish I could give them a negative rating.

The ladies working at this Labcorp are absolute superheroes. I watched them handle a very rude patient today VERY gracefully and help handle his issue, when most probably would have kicked him out. Seriously these ladies deserve a raise. Very professional.

The faculty are professional an courteous. The GPS to get there is another story. We ended up down by Victoria. It's wrong location. I did suggest an edit an took pics for you guys. Hopefully Google helps u find the location better this time.

Adam did a great job of drawing my blood and easing my mind from what was going on. But most importantly he did not miss the vein, which I’ve had traumatic experiences from before. He even offered me water or to sit a minute afterwards. My only reason for 4 stars is I do wish voices were kept quieter when discussing persons insurance and personal information at the front desk. But for the most important reason I was there, I could not be happier. It was perfectly painless.
