Poor customer service! I spent about 40 minutes looking for the right pair of jeans when I saw the Levi's were BOGO 50% off. Finally found the perfect 2 pairs and I go to pay where they only rang up 25%. A manager was called and he went to go "check" the signage and I messed up by not going with him because when he came back, he said oh no it's 25% off and showed us a picture. Sir, if they were BOGO 25%, I wouldn't haven't wasted my time even looking through the jeans. The sign said 50%!!! He could have acknowledged the pricing was wrong, honored it to me for THEIR mistake and then changed it for future purchases. TERRIBLE customer service. I've managed plenty of retail stores and that was not the way to go about that. I bought the jeans, but after much thought.. I will be returning them because I just can't believe they would make it seem that I was seeing things. I even read the sign before I went to go pay because I HAD to be sure. That is why I didn't even go with him when he checked because I was certain.

LOTS of people complaining in line today. Lots of people leaving. Three registers open but taking forever & no carts available. It's Christmas shopping time, you need to do better Kohl's. Open the registers! Lots of nice things if you don't mind waiting an hour or more to buy your purchases.

A big corporation like Khols is a wonder place to shop when you step through that door you feel like you have walked into a time portal because of all the love and attention you receive when you walk in I'll support this corporation until the day I die and if you have a problem or something arises you may need to take a closer look at yourself and how you could of handle the situation better because everyone I've met a kohls is absolutely marvelous and the customer service is 20-star rating in my book so go and enjoy the great atmosphere and feel all the love that kohls do every day for every one you get treated fairly and most of all equally they really only see one race the human race if anyone would love to follow me and help out check out my Amazon wish list and support me as I go around doing reviews for different companies I've also a secret shopper so always be professional

Ugh! Clothing is boring overall inventory selections have gone downhill. Been there 3 times in the last several months. Credit card has stayed in my billfold. Nothing exciting. Dull colors, fabrics, etc in the apparel dept

There are no sales clerks to help you on the floor. If you buy something one day and it goes on sale the next, they don’t tell you to return it and buy it back. You have to return it and then go through the store to find another one and repurchase it at the front of the store. The store only has one side of the store that you can check out. Very unfriendly feeling.

This is related to the job position. I was scheduled for an interview which I never received a call for. I called them and they said they were fully staffed. Why did they text me the same morning reminding me of my interview if they were fully staffed? Why did they not send out emails about being fully staffed? I also called a few days prior and they weren’t staffed. I feel this is extremely unprofessional and I’m honestly glad I will not have to be apart of this work place. Thank you for wasting my time, and losing what could have been your best employee! ?

I enjoyed my recent shopping experience at Kohl's. I was able to get what I wanted, and felt no pressure to shop. I found a few items on sale for future gifts for family and friends. I plan to shop in the very near future. Thank you.
