Always works for me. No problem with staff. Sometimes the line is long and slow but they're probably just understaffed or something.

Waited in line while the pharmacy staff came back from lunch late causing a line. When I got my script I asked if I could also pay for the 2 items I also needed. Was told no I had to pay up front since there was a long line which was their fault. The pharmacy staff is exceptionally rude and disrespectful. Would put 0 stars but not able to. Be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

The pharmacy manager needs to seek employment in a field where she has no interaction with the public. for example: Janitorial, shopping cart return etc...

I just wish I didn’t have to go into the store and walk so far just to pick up the prescriptions.

I was held up in line. This pharmacy needs a consultation line. The pharmacist ensures that your safety with the medication and asks if I have any questions pertaining to my medication. Though this is considerate, it slows down service, and a longer wait time in line. These questions can be referred to by a phone call or consultation section reducing wait time in line. Also I stood first in line ignored by employees. The pharmacist was at the check out. I checked the price of an item at the counter. I looked up a man walked, and the clerk proceeded to help him. It was never acknowledged that I was in line first. So I conclude the service clerk at the counter does not have observation of the customers. I stood first in line for five minutes before, and the pharmacist gave me eye contact didn't acknowledge I needed service or prompt an employee to help me.

This store sucks its to small everything is cramed so tight on stock day you can't even get thru the isles the parking lot is a nightmare and their prices are too high and never go down even tho they get price change sheets every month in which some items go down in price but not here but it's Pueblo what other choice do you have?

I had an appointment for cholesterol screening but they were too busy to take care of me and the pharmacist was quite rude about it.

Horrible customer service. I've complained several times but this is it. I've been OUT of a med for several days and all they can say is they sent over the request. However that doctor has left and the hospital won't refill till I'm seen.....in NOVEMBER! Plus I live 45 minutes away
